From arriving on site to completing the purchase of my van the staff were attentive without being pushy and knowledgeable.

James had a look at my issue, sorted it out and advised me how to hopefully stop it happening again and no charge whats so ever, which was really nice considering I wasn't one of their customers.

Elliot at Choose Leisure made the whole process of buying our first Motorhome an absolute pleasure. Personable and professional, he made what was a daunting process an exciting and enjoyable one.
On pick up day, Mark gave us a no rush handover and answered our million questions, he was fantastic. When the time comes we will not hesitate to return and use them again. We highly recommend these guys and cannot thank them enough.

We purchased our Swift motor home from these guys the experience was extremely pleasurable, Alyson was very attentive and showed us what was available in our requirements and left us to it to explore, All the vans are open to view on site which made the process great to compare the interior styles. We recently took delivery our first campervan which we purchased at the February trade show at the NEC. We can't speak highly enough of the excellent service we have received from Choose Leisure from the first moment we met Charlotte at the NEC through to the point of delivery. However much one researches before buying your first van, it is a huge learning curve and nervy process into the unknown and a huge investment. We have received great support throughout the process. We were put in the capable hands of Jack post order and he has kept us informed and answered numerous queries throughout in an efficient timely manner. The three hour handover process by Dawn was incredibly informative and couldn't have been better.
Since taking delivery just three weeks ago, we have been away every weekend and have heard numerous other owners speak similarly about have service they have received from Choose Leisure. Congratulations to you all and I would have no hesitation in using you again.
