Excellent product
Fast service

Excellent product.

I first came across Chris Alsop's advertisement about two weeks before ordering some of his hand made fret rounding tools. I was struck by his thorough approach and depth of knowledge regarding fret levelling and crowning. As an occasional guitar maker I wanted some equipment and with all the free advice I had no hesitation in ordering. Finally Chris gave me a refund because his prices were reduced around the time of my order hence the ref. to Honest in the title.
Many thanks to you Chris

Great product. Chris's fret crowning tool is the best I've ever used. Easy to hold with a very well designed ergonomic grip, and a good diamond cutting surface. He even supplies instructions and a tool to clean it after use. It's under half the price of the leading Japanese one too.
Okay, I can get results as good as those (if not better) by using my old trusty triangular file, but then I have many years' experience. For those who are inexperienced or without too much mechanical aptitude, this tool, if used in accordance with the instructions, will give excellent results without worry.
I highly recommend it. Thanks Chris!

Made exactly as I had specified, did the job

Excellent to deal with. Great comms. I needed to amend my order before it shipped and nothing was a problem.

Also, all the extra little items that came with the fret file were an unexpected bonus.

I highly recommend Chris!

This is the second bridge saddle Chris has made for me. Really improve the sound and look of a classical guitar. Very quick considering they are hand made to precise measurements. Great serrvice.

Immediate response and shipment of the ordered tool. Reasonable price for a quality product, made with care and precission.

Great quality hand made tools and customer service is top notch.

Quality tools at very reasonable prices, fast delivery too. Now I have to learn how to use them lol

Fantastic tools and service. Really pleased with the crown fretting tool in particular which was simply terrific for a novice to use. I have bought other products before and never fail to be impressed.

Postage was very quick and the whole transaction, very easy.

Good communication. Quality of product. Delivery time satisfactory.
