Special Ornaments
I placed an order on or about November 23, it was delivered on 12-1-25. My original order consisted of 4 ornaments, but when I opened the package there were only 3 in the package,
I contacted the support department to see when to expect the 4th item. They were very kind, informative & helpful.
I received my 4th ornament yesterday and it is beautiful.
I am very pleased with this company and would order items from them again.

I purchased 2 items
I purchased 2 items, a t-shirt and a sweater. I am absolutely disappointed in the material, it is not a soft cotton/polyester t-shirt and the sweater has zero ability to stretch. The material is shiny and has a cheap silky look to it. I can barely get my head through the hole of the sweater. So disappointed!
Update: the company did reach out to me only to inform me that they were denying my request to send the product back and have my money returned.

Harassment to remove my one star review? Wow.
I have already left a review, and I wanted to update it but there wasn't a way to do so. only after I left a one star review are they now willing to give me a refund for the messed up order (when all I wanted originally was the shirt I ordered in a size I could wear!).. BUT theyll only give it to me if I remove my one star review for the poor experience! I took screenshots of the emails but apparently you cant post pictures on here. Darn. the first email was from abby, then when I didn't respond the next one was also from Abby, but Abby was suddenly the manager of customer service! what a joke! if you like to gamble this company is for you. nothing Christ like about any of my experience with this company. very very disappointing.

Money taken - no product delivered
Very nice details, size was as advertised and a good fit. Very nice quality and to anyone who has read below, issue was a holdup in customs and not christcolors fault. I would not hold shopify tracking against them because that false report of delivery was what worried me.
Curious if there is an update ? Do I get a status anytime soon? I still have nothing for my money but an apology and 10% off if I buy more of something I haven’t received.
The reply asked for my order number, it was CH5236.
I still do not have anything but I appreciate you looking into it.
They tell me to get Shopify to track my order. It says it was delivered and I am telling you it was not delivered. Tonight I sent my second email and have yet to receive a response.

Shipping time is horrible
Shipping time is horrible, they then tried to offer me 50% refund on my last order that took over a month to get here if I removed my 1 star review. I told them no thank you. I will say that the ads look very nice online and quality looks good. However, reality is that my order was a wrinkled up vacuum sealed ball of an order that you then need to unpack and look at something that looks like it was left in a washing machine and never dried. Otherwise, if you are good with waiting over a month and the sizes that are no where near a US Standard size then place your order. I know that they have a size chart and I am an XL all day long, but the XL was like a 3 XL...Oh... and in the US we are used to a male zipper being on the right side, not the left.
