Horrible!! FROM CHINA NOT CANADA.. despite trying and digging deep they falsely say they are Canadian. They 100% are not. We paid nearly $70 (on sale from $200) for what we thought was a quilted carrying bag. What we got was a plastic bag with a laser image on it. Now we are fighting for a refund they won't give... DO NOT SHOP HERE

Don’t be fooled by the Brand: Christine Montreal. The fabric is supposed to be cotton, but it’s really a “blend” of polyester. Ten percent cotton at the most. The only real cotton may be the thread. There’s no one named Christine, nor is it in Montreal. Not Canadian, in fact. The item will arrive with a return address in Ontario, but if you seek to return it, they will send an address in Zhejiang, China, or offer a 10% refund. It will cost you in postage as much as the refund is worth.

Avoid this site and brand.

I actually wrote a very positive review for their site after receiving my first bathing suit. It is very nice. I ordered a second, same style different print. Arrived but not the same style. So now I have done the research I should have done before. I feel duped and deceived. I’ve never liked buying any type of clothing online and won’t be doing so in the future. Very disappointed that people would go to such lengths, basically lie to people about what and who they are. Not a Canadian company. Nothing to do with Montreal or the people in the picture.

Ordered one swimsuit for $69. Its the worst quality. Shein would be better quality. Would not accept a return, and the back is no double lined making the bum see through! Complained and they sent another suit, and the back straps were completely different and worse! No pride in quality, product or customer service.

I ordered two dresses. The worst quality ever - can’t even say what the fabric is. It’s so poorly made. I’ve sent three emails trying to get a refund. No response. It’s been a week. There’s not even a phone number to talk to anyone about it. Pathetic scam. Stay away.

SCAM: Stock photos of Christine & Henri (not real people - A.I. generated or stock photos). Photos of clothing not real. Actual merchandise is so poor quality and the only way to send back is to PAY for shipping back to CHINA which will cost MORE than the product. I called the shipping company, refused delivery and formally put in a dispute with my credit card.

Temu quality at boutique prices. A drop shipper based out of Hong Kong, not a boutique in Montreal. I ordered shoes, tops and a swimsuit. All garbage.

Not as advertised. Definitely not made in or shipped in Canada. It was made in China. Material feels like cardboard, it's way too short and I am only 5'5. Extremely disappointed. Should have read the reviews prior to ordering. Save your money

This is NOT a Canadian company. Their advertising suggests a 30-year business out of Montreal but they are in fact a months-old website out of China. They advertise shipping within Canada and use the Canada Post logo on the website, but they ship from China, which is where you have to send returns that don't meet expectations. Which they won't. I ordered four items and did receive the items as pictured. However, the quality of the material (polyester, not breathable as advertised) is poor and not commensurate to what I paid. The buckles on one item came apart in one wash and were difficult to put back together. The denim had a mothball-like odour that hasn't come out in two washes. The sizing is very inconsistent. Of four items, two fit just "OK", one is too small but likely can be adjusted and the fourth item was two sizes too big. I ordered two swimsuits in the same size and in accordance with their size guidelines. One suit fit OK the other one was extremely large, so their sizing isn't even internally consistent. They did respond to my emails. When I tried to return the oversized swimsuit, they offered me 10% off, then 15% off, then 25% off and "keep the item." Shipping, as it turns out, would have cost me the same amount as the item itself, so it was useless to try to get that "30-day money back guarantee." I took the 25% off, which saved me all of $15 CDN. So I'm at a $50 loss on something I can't possibly wear and probably can't donate. I feel like an idiot for getting taken in by this website.
