Great customer service.

Honestly was super stoked to get the case it seemed really cool and i expected it to be very strong. Dropped the phone once and the whole thing came apart, some of the metal bent annd I had to bend it back, and my phone came out and slid across the floor from not very high. Then I was sitting in a chair and it happened to slide out of my pocket and although it did not come apart again it did bend and one of the internal clips is very lose and I’m sure is ready to break off soon. Have also learned that the glass that covers the cameras definitely hurts the quality if your pictures. Hate to leave a rough review because I was super excited about it and thought it was super cool when buying it but I am pretty disappointed by it now. Left a review previously but that was before using the item. Now that I have used it for a bit the actual product is not nearly as quality or protective as I thought. Previous review was for customer service which is great.

I didn’t like the privacy screen and wanted to return them and they provided great customer service and replaced them with the clear version. Very responsive and positive customer service experience. Thanks

Love my 360° Metal Folding Magnetic Phone Holder. I had an issue with the grip adhisive not working and they sent a replacement right away. The customer service was top notch! A few people who have see me use it at the gym, magent sticks it to the metal bar and rotates to hold it on top of the treadmill for watching videos, have asked where I got it. One of them already jumped on and bought one.

My experience with Chubby cable has been a complete ripoff. I placed an order in Feb '26 and have yet to receive any product. I have contacted customer service 3 times. I get emails that they have expressed shipped me the product. Nothing has shown up. I have requested a refund . Nothing has shown up. I recommend that you avoid purchases from this site unless you have money to waste.

I messed up on my order, so I immediately emailed them (placed order on a Saturday) and within 8 hours or less they had already reached out to me. They asked me what I was trying to correct so I replied my request. Once again within hours they sent me a message saying they corrected the order without hesitation. Great product great Customer support team. Definitely my new favorite product line for electronics.

I initially ordered the wrong charger and had no problem with support from customer service stepping in and assisting me with correcting the error and making the return and reorder a smooth process. Great customer support! Chargers are awesome and fast!

I purchased a phone case from ChubbyCables because the designs looked great online, but unfortunately the protection quality was very disappointing. The case seems to be made more for appearance than actual phone protection.
After a very minor drop from about shin height, the case popped off the phone completely and the case itself was damaged. That should not happen with a product marketed as a protective phone case.
If you’re buying strictly for aesthetics, you may like it. But if you actually want a case that protects your phone from everyday drops, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Within 24 hours of reporting the issue with the item I purchased Chubbcable had responded and replaced the item. This is how all Customer Service platforms should perform. Great Job!!

I contacted customer service to see if I could purchase a replacement end to my cord. They went a step forward and replaced the whole cord for free. I really appreciate them going above and beyond. Customer for life.

Got in touch with the company after a gift I had purchased wasn’t working correctly. They responded in a prompt manner and ask for details on what the problem was. After several emails, they are willing to replace the product that I bought as a gift. As the charger was only a few months old, I appreciate their willingness to make this right.

I love the fact that I can create any kind of cable I want for what ever need I have! I've been using these cables for a few years, I have a phone the used Supervooc charging and other cables get quite warm. These cables get a little warm but about 3/4 as much. Also, I've noticed that my all of my devices charge a little more quickly when I design the right cable. Fast cable build and shipment when I create my own and customer service is quick to respond with any questions or issues I may have!

Chubby cables products are of great quality and is a pleasure to buy. I will continue to purchase for my family and friends.
