I reached out to the company for an update on tracking - the local tracking number has not been updated in 2 days and the order is shown to be 30minutes from my address. I would simply like an update and that seems to be a difficult request.
If I get a response today and the order arrives as it should, I will change my review star rate.

We checked your shipment and can confirm that it was delivered and signed for after 9 days in transit, which is within the normal delivery timeframe.
For the final-mile delivery stage, even if the package appears very close to your address, there can still be short delays due to local transfer handling, weather conditions, or courier route scheduling. The local carrier may also need to arrange their own delivery route before it is officially delivered.

ChubbyCable.com charged me for my cables but have not shipped them after a week’s time has passed. Tracking info on 17track.net still says “shipping info received” 8 days after my credit card was charged - this means that the cables are not even on the way. I will never order from them again.

Good product, slow shipping
I got the coiled car charger. It wasn’t cheap and it took 3 weeks to arrive but I love it. I have looked everywhere for a coiled car charger - that will work with Apple CarPlay and last more than 3 months. It feels heavy duty, quality product.

Great Product!
The product line has a lot of variety. I have ordered several cables from Chubby and they all work extremely well. They provide very good customer service as well. The only negative is the long shipping times, sometimes a month or more.

Awful to deal with
Awful to deal with. I’m not one to normally complain but this company was such a pain. I was simply trying to return the cases that I purchased and it was weeks of back and forth emails repeatedly requesting return and refund. They proceeded to do this annoying negotiation of return offering $5, $10, $20 and keep the product. And all I wanted was to return, but I did not want. In the end I only took $20 back because I was tired of dealing with it and I’m out 30 bucks. I just wanted to be done with this horrible customer service.

USPS lost a package for $400 and chubby cable ignored all my emails then fought me for MONTHS after i placed a chargeback. Im still dealing with the bank because theyll reply to them but ignore all my messages.

Hi there, We have reviewed your case regarding the order from September of last year. According to our records, the package was shipped and successfully delivered.
Our customer service has already provided you with the carrier’s delivery proof as well as the complete shipment tracking history.
We understand your frustration. However, you only contacted us in April of this year regarding a package from last September. Our customer service had previously offered a replacement if the package was not received. At this point, requesting a refund rather than a replacement is not consistent with standard procedures, especially since delivery was confirmed by the carrier.
We understand your dissatisfaction, however it is completely unreasonable for you to contact us after more than half a year claiming non-receipt, and we cannot accept that you strongly refuse replacement and only insist on a refund.
