Delivery was slow

Delivery was slow. In an age of next day delivery, vendors need to be transparent about delivery times. Perhaps a month to deliver is an appropriate part of the provided value, but you need to tell us at the time of sale. I don’t doubt there was a good reason for the transit time. Just tell us.

Great customer service

I was really pleased with the customer service when I accidentally ordered the wrong item they were able to change my order before it was processed and shipped—which made a big impact since products are coming all the way from China.

Couldn’t be happier with the lights.
My vehicle has no interior light directly over head so this was a great remedy

Absolute scam… avoid any purchases!!
After ordering February 2nd still haven’t (won’t) receive it, few emails to “sales” and got back “we’ve lost it in transit so will send a new one!” Then sending me tracking details which can’t be found, and then sent same tracking details of lost item.. absolute fuming 😡😡

Hi there, Please rest assured that if a package is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement for you.
The replacement shipment we arranged for you currently has a pre-booked tracking number. The carrier will need to collect the package and scan it into their system, so tracking updates usually appear within about 2–3 days.
If you could share your order number, I’d be happy to check the current shipping status of the replacement order for you.

Chubbycable… Poor customer service

I placed an order with Chubbycable for iPhone 17 pro cases x4. However when they arrived they were not as expected nor for for the purpose. I requested to return them, as their website indicates “Request return first”.
They told me to keep the cases “No need to return” and I could order something else as return refund option
I placed my order for 3 metal folding MagSafe phone holders. When they arrived 1) they weren’t even the correct colours I chosen.
I contacted them to let them know and sent pictures from their site of the actual colours I chosen and of those they sent. At this point I informed them I’d now like a refund and to let me know where to return the cases and the phone holders, but I have not heard from them nor received a reply to my email😟
I have contacted them twice up to this point

This is a terrible company

They lied on theyre reply. They did contact me after days of waiting. I replied to everything and have proof of all of this. I can submit the proof to trust pilot. Great example of how they lie. And they never gave me my 20% refund for the crap they put me through . All in message. They will comment somthing stupid to make it appear that they are innocent. Trust pilot makes it so you cant comment on theyre review so ill do it this way. This is a terrible company. I spent 160$ on 3 chargers. They say 3 to 10 business days yet im sitting here 3.5 weeks later and my stuff still hasn't left China.One app says it's in France. Won't even get here for another 2 weeks . Maybe more. Seems to be a common problem. I messaged them through they're website 4 times with no response. I had to go to my email and manually do everything. Then I got a reply. Or maybe it was me talking about the better business bureau comment that put some pep in theyre step. They message me at this point saying with "we would like to give you 15$ as an apology". 15$!!!??? These people lack respect. Then they rose it to 20% back. These guys are crazy. I told them id take the 20% but im leaving up every single review/comment/post/video/live stream etc that i left my honest feedback on. After 3.5 weeks and its still in china. I reported them to the better business bureau with all my friends and family. We all had an emotional response in which we took action. This isn't right. I will be going live today so that all of my viewers can here about this. I suggest you guys do this too. I have proof and receipts for everything. Try me. There's a reason they have an F rating with the BBB. They just don't care about the customers. I wish I got the chance to actually try and review this cable honestly for my viewers. It never showed up. And this company is completely fine with making you wait 10x on what they said. They just rub a 10$ bill in your face to make it all better.

Buyer frustration

You know I was frustrated with the lack of communication and I was halfway tempted to send this product back. I sent emails explaining or asking why it was taking so long and why no one bothered to check on my status, but I let it go and waited and it finally arrived. The product came as described, but I didn’t know I was getting a treat in that the glass had side privacy ability where no one can see the screen if seating or standing next to me. It works very well.

Great products

I received just what I ordered. Great cases, I was a little skeptical at first, but the order arrived. Took a little more than a week because the products do come from China. But they are excellent quality. I would definitely recommend

I’ve bought cables 3 times

I’ve bought cables 3 times, they garner lots of comments from my colleagues, so much so I’ve given some away. The cables as of high quality materials, look great, the silicone feels great and doesn’t tangle. The most recent order I had an issue with delivery (carrier delivered to the same house number, different street), customer service was awesome.

Customer Service Horrible

Ordered after seeing an ad, ordered 4 cables and they sent usb-a instead of usb-c even though the invoice is marked usb-c. Contracted customer service both Amy and Molly they first offered a partial discount, but after I pressed they agreed to send a code allowing me to reorder. I inquired about how to send the wrong cables back. They said it would take a few days to generate the code and I never heard from them again, despite several emails and calling them out by name. I forwarded the emails to AMEX and I have been reimbursed.

So I have received a reply from Chubbycable saying they have sent me a discount code. However I have emailed them 3 times asking where it is and zero response. So replying to my review with lies is not good.

Did you catch there excuse the invoice marked USB-C are the USB-A cables?

Don’t you love a company that doubles down on a lie.

The case I ordered did not fit the…

The case I ordered did not fit the phone after weeks of emails and me proving it didn’t fit with video evidence. They gave me credit for a new case that I could choose on website. After reluctantly paying again for shipping, so as not to deal with more emails, that case was held in shipping and never delivered after repeated emails with no response. I am disputing all charges. This company is trash.

Purchased 3 iPhone cases and a wireless…

Purchased 3 iPhone cases and a wireless charger. Once I got them I found out that they would not stay on my wireless charger that I already had and it would not even work with the charger I bought from them. So when I contacted them through email, I received a reply asking me to first send them pictures and video of the issues. Well, I am not your employee. I don't like the product and if I am having issues out of the box this is not a good sign. It has been over a week and I still can't get them to send me a return. This company is a total SCAM!!!!! Stay away from them. Check with a company and see if they have a phone number or not and if not, DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! I will be posting everywhere about what a terrible company this is.
