Op de site stond groot en duidelijk dat producten ook in de eu worden geproduceerd, waardoor ik geen douanekosten hoefde te verwachten. Uiteindelijk bleek dit onwaar. Nergens stond aangegeven dat dit voor mijn aangekochte producten niet het geval zou zijn. De aankoop bleek zo dubbel zo duur dan gedacht en kwam veel te laat toe. Twee mails naar de klantendienst werden gewoon niet beantwoord.

Avoid, whilst their clothes are good quality everything else is wrong, claim items will be shipped by royal mail tracked, won't provide you with the tracking number and direct you to the totally useless shop app, why they think we should have to sign up to a thrid party app that doesn't provide any shipping information less for item ordered and item delivered yet shows no proof of delivery. You claim to use royal mail tracked is it that hard to send an email with the tracking number. 5-7 days they claim for delivery, even if it is Xmas that's still royal mails KPI for tracked items so why a package takes 14 days would indicate poor stock control as the royal mail delivery label shows it's tracked 24

I wanted to love this brand because it's British, but my experience has been extremely poor. First, I never received my order; it got delivered who knows where. I emailed about the issue on two separate occasions and never received a response. I tried every form of contact, the contact form, email, LinkedIn, phone number, to no avail. The customer service is non-existent/terrible.

They have taken my money, and I have received nothing! I've basically been scammed. I will not be ordering again.

I started buying Chunk T shirts in the early 2000's after spotting them at a high street store selling branded items at discounted prices, I then found them online and started buying newer designs direct, I have not stopped wearing them or buying them since.... I love the graphic designs especially the Star Wars ones, BUT it is the quality that impresses me the most and their fantastic customer service, (I had a recent issue and customer service were great, they replaced the t shirts without quibble even though it was my mistake for ordering wrong size and I'd actually worn one of them, but they just sent out new shirts in the new size and they fit perfectly, I was so grateful.
I am still wearing some of my older chunk designs because they are just so great, and as said already the quality is fantastic and this proves the point that I can wear a 20 year old t shirt and it look good still.

Bought plenty of t shirts over the last 15 years and never had an issue. Decided to buy a DJ Knight mug last August to go with the t shirt I bought years ago, quality is miles off the standards set by the clothing. Less than a year in and the print is falling off. £13 for a mug you would expect better.

Tried 2 times to get in touch with chunk to let them know and they've not even had the common courtesy to respond, very poor customer service.

Ordered 9 Star Wars-themed T-shirts. They have turned up today, and I couldn't be more happier with them. I've ordered from them before, and the quality is five-star. I would highly recommend them and will be ordering again very soon. Cheers guy.

Bought a T-shirt for a friend at Christmas. He absolutely loves the top. Delivered quickly and good quality.

Schnelle Lieferung nach Deutschland, allerdings hat die Qualität der Shirts in den letzten Jahren stark nachgelassen. Die Shirts sind das Geld eigentlich nicht wert.
Fast delivery to Germany, but the quality of the shirts has declined sharply in recent years. The shirts aren't really worth the money.
