Absolutely amazing product and service
Absolutely amazing product and service. The tank mugs are as described and are so amazing I ordered another for my buddy at work and will soon be ordering one for my brother. My initial order was for me and a gift for my cousin who plays for a band. But they turned out so amazing I can't stop buying them as gifts for everyone one now😂

It's been almost a month, received nothing.
Asking me how I like "my new tankard" even though I ordered it on January 7th and it's now the 30th and I still haven't received anything... I am almost at the point where I think I am being scammed. Either way buying from chuug has been my biggest regret of 2026 so far. You guys got my money so I'm sure you don't really care, but I do think it's cute you're pretending to with the "please review us". I'm also sure my negative review will be buried if not scrapped completely by whatever marketing team or robot you have...

Love to Chuug
Bought a new version 3 Chuug mug. It is beautifully made, handcrafted vessel, the fact that there are some minor defects reflects this isn’t mass produced and is high-quality with a lot of thought and effort into producing it. There was a minor issue that they sorted out quickly, perfect customer care. In fact went above and beyond which was surprising and refreshing.
Love the Chuug , use is all the time already. if you want something a little different than the mainstream then the Ghuug is a perfect addition for any household or man cave. Plus you’re supporting British business and innovation. Great company,

It’s a quaffing mug
After a disappointing start with the mug I received good communication from the company(e mail them as they’re too busy to answer phones)
They offered to replace the mug or refund, I considered and took the replacement with a free upgrade, they were prompt and courteous which is refreshing for customer services, I wish them the very best for the future

No customer service contact. Really enjoy the cup. I have a few medieval steins ( wood, metal, resin, and even horn) this is my favorite. I thought the rope handle was unnecessary, but after using it I really like it. I thought the cup was coming apart, and it turns out the metal liner is removable ( I never saw online that it screwed out). I wanted medium color wood with light colored rope. After watching a YouTube review and the guy loved the mug, but wished he’d gotten the dark with dark, I decided to go dark. So pretty. Multiple friends have already seen the cup and had to pick it up. It’s double the cost of any other cup I have. If you can afford it you’ll enjoy it.
