Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. Ordering was simple, delivery was faster than expected, and the product quality exceeded my expectations. Everything was well packed and exactly as advertised. I will definitely be a returning customer.

4 Karten abgelehnt. sonst immer geklappt

bestelle schon etwas länger bei cigbest und hatte nie probleme. habe jetzt aber seit paar tagen das problem das ich nichts bestellen kann. hab auch freunde gefragt ob die bestellen könnten und alle karten wurden immer abgelent. Wir hatten genug guthaben auf der karte deswegen frage ich mich warum insgesamt 4KARTEN abgelent wurden obwohl es sonst immer geklappt hat. Hat eure seite zurzeit probleme oder was.

Problem bei zahlung

Meine letzte Bestellung war einwandfrei, nur als ich die letzten Tage versucht habe neue vapes zu bestellen gab es bei der Bezahlung probleme und ich kann komischer weise nicht bezahlen.

Prices in cart does not match!

Products are fine, some have fake puffs because Vozol 40 000 gives more puffs than Bang Blaze 60 000. One Vozol had also charging issues. BUT please be aware they are scamming with prices. In cart and orders you see one price but actual price will be 5€ more if you pay by card or apple pay. For me it has been always like that and cigbest support says there is no issues but i have proof that cart and actual payment does not match. Also their cart is in EUR but checkout is in USD and you CAN'T change it!

As you mentioned, our receiving account is in USD; therefore, all non-USD payments are converted at the current market rate, which can lead to these differences. Nevertheless, if you find the exchange rate exceeds a reasonable range, please contact our support team, you will be provided with fair and appropriate compensation. Additionally, if possible, you might consider using a USD account for your next payment. This should help you avoid any exchange rate differences entirely.

Gute E-Zigaretten

Wir haben mehrere E-Zigaretten von dort bestellt und sind bisher sehr zufrieden. Lieferung kommt wie geplant an, nichts ist kaputt und die E-Zigaretten sind immer top.
Bisher noch nie das Problem gehabt, dass Liquid beim ziehen ausgetreten ist, was ein weiteres Plus ist.

wrong colours

i have ordered 3 items with diferent colours.
no one from the items have the colour that i ordered.
3 stars because the shippment was ok and the items are complete and original items
