Top tier service from Sophie!
I rang up initially just to ask a few questions about the cars I’d seen online, I just wanted to understand the process of buying and potentially part exchanging my current car. Sophie was that helpful that within 24 hours I’d bought one of the cars (actually one she’d found for me that suited my preferences). I felt totally supported and well informed every step of the process which was a breath of fresh air - I don’t know much about cars and don’t love spending loads of money in one go but everything felt really smooth and I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Very efficient at the time of the car pickup at Corby and given good information.
Trustpilot has the Derby superstore but the location was Corby.
Cannot change the location on the review.

When collecting the staff were helpful and despite there being poor communication between the call centre and the branch did everything they could to get me on the road quickly.

Missing manual, car pick up
For pick up of the car in Bristol, it’s not sign posted very well drove past it 3 times before we stop to ask
Car no problem the men very nice and helpful.
The only PROBLEM I have is that the manual is NOT with the car like it stated.

Saw a car I liked on-line
Saw a car I liked on-line, bought it on- line, no need to deal with push sales people, went to collect it (£225) to deliver it is extortionate by the way 32 miles from the dealership, drove it home with little fuss and minimal interaction with people just ideal for me.
