Amazing service from Jake by email and by phone. Bought a lens and it arrived having been one of the most safely packaged items I have ever recieved by post.

Cinegearpro is one of the best film equipment shops I have ever had the honour to use.
I live and work in Austria / Vienna and ordered cinema lenses from this shop in London because they had exactly what I wanted.
They supported me so patiently and professionally even though I was not an easy customer. Firstly I changed the order just before dispatch - no problem. Then Cinegearpro supported me very professionally with the shipping and the very complicated and lengthy customs clearance of the cinema lenses. To date, I have not had to pay any additional fees or taxes.
I have never experienced a company that communicates so proactively, extremely friendly and promptly.

They have great customer service and have been nothing but nice and helpful.
Not to mention that sometimes they have crazy good deals on eqptment.

In a pinch this outfit delivered when everyone else was 1-2 weeks out. Randomly used Cinegearpro before because they were in my neighbourhood and it gave me a reason to leave the studio and get some fresh air, saving on shipping had nothing to do with it. Thought I would give them another try this time and they came through in record time. Always good to work with a local business and not a big faceless conglomerate. Thanks to Jake and the team for sorting out the bits I needed for my cage.

A big shout-out to CineGearPro and Jake for being amazing help and allowing me to test the latest Blazar Remus on my Sony Burano and RED Komodo! They had setup the room amazingly when I arrived, offered help with anything I asked and even allowed me some extra time to test. Great communication and quick delivery, a very reliable go-to seller for UK cine equipment. They also run demos at their London HQ, handy for testing new kit before buying.

Very helpful customer service!

We have rented and brought kit from Cinegearpro in the last few months and both times Jake has been very helpful with answering all our questions.

Highly recommend as they seem to have lots more stock than other sellers.

Bought a EcoFlow River 2 Pro 768watts/h from them. They were the cheapest on market. Amazing and very responsive customer services. Delivered within the time frame and the item was brand new pin packed and sealed. They went an extra mile to look for an accessory for me! They have my full confidence and I will buy from them again! Highly recommend!

I purchased an item on the 3/10/23 but did not receive it until the 15/10/23 and that was only after I had phoned to query where it was, then they actually bothered to send it to me, so it took 12 days to get it.

The item was defective so I contacted them on the 27/10/23 to let them know about the problems and that I would like some help resolving this issue and after several emails, (some of which they did not receive as apparently their systems were broken) and several calls from me, I was asked to send a video and photos of the defective item not working as part of their return protocols. I did as I was asked and again after apparently not receiving them I sent them again. Once again I had to initiate contact.

I was promised the refund of the return postage costs I incurred to send the defective item back to them and this was agreed to, as is right. I received a refund on the 29/11/23 (a week after it was due and again only after I contacted them) but not the return postage costs even though I was sent a credit note which included postage costs. When I queried why I had not been refunded the postage costs as agreed and pointed out that it was included in the credit note I was sent, they promptly sent out a revised credit note without the postage refund costs. I again contacted them and was told they would get back to me, they haven't.

Throughout this whole affair I have been nothing but polite and patient and that has resulted in an 8 week wait for resolution.

A very bad experience from start to finish and one I won't repeat again, I will never have dealings with this company again. Terrible customer service, very poor business practices, always seemed to have an excuse to hand as to why their promises weren't kept and to cap it all I am still owed money from them, they reneged on an agreement that they made and legally I am entitled to the return postage costs, very poor and cheap.

Be aware if you intend to have dealings with this company, they are a bit naff all round.

I would not recommend buying anything from these guys if you live outside the UK I ordered an adapter for a gimbal that was said to be in-stock, It wasn’t and had to wait over a week for it to be in stock They then shipped it out, they didn’t list the duty that was due because of Brexit so the item never got to me and was turned around at Postal centre and sent back… I got a refund and they made me pay for the shipping for their stupidity

Give them a wide birth if you are ordering in the EU
