This company has incompetent staff I book twice from the skip but to call for collection they take forever you have to call everyday and staff who answer the phone are incompetent and are not helpful at all .

Not as bad as some reviews make them out to be. Friendly customer service, and after initial glitch ( I cancelled on a Saturday ) they sorted refund out promptly with no problems.

Was informed after booking that skip not available for following days, Wed, but only Friday. So that was disappointing but it is what it is.

Awful!! I booked the skip two days prior. Although you advert says next day skips?? Then I called on the morning of the due day and was told it was on for the drivers afternoon slot. When I called again at 2pm to get an ETA I was told it wasn’t going to be today it was going to be tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there was no one available. Will never use you again and will be tell everyone I know to steer well clear.

The skip did not turn up & they took my money out of the bank. Then you cannot get anyone to respond. Absolute bad experience - DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

Do not use this company if you're working to any kind of deadline.

We hired a skip for two weeks to be delivered to and left on our drive (behind locked gates). We were told that it would arrive between 8.00 and 12.00. It arrived at 7.25. OK, just a minor inconvenience and one that afforded the driver the less than glamorous sight of me still in my dressing gown.

The real problem was when it came to collection. The person I'd spoken to on the phone when I made the booking said that it would be collected on Thursday 15 August. This was perfect as we would be permanently vacating the property the following Tuesday and returning to Spain where we've lived for a number of years.

When it got to 15.00 and no one had called advising us of the collection time that Thursday, I phoned the company. The person I spoke to then said they had no vehicles in the area but it would be collected the next day or Monday morning at the latest. It wasn't.

On Monday afternoon I tried to phone the company again but evidently Monday is their busiest day and three separate attempts resulted in around 40 minutes of musak -- but no human operator.

I emailed the company explaining that we needed to have the skip gone by Tuesday lunchtime. No response.

On Tuesday morning, I phoned to company and, after only about 10 minutes on hold, got to speak to a person. She told me the skip was booked in for collection on Wednesday. She said I should have been advised at the time of booking that there could be up to five working days' delay in collection after the date quoted. I wasn't -- otherwise I would have clarified my situation at the time. Our travel dates were known to us months before we hired the skip.

Having lived abroad for many years, we have no friends in the area or neighbours whom we could trust to open the gates and admit the skip driver to the property, besides which, as the house has been sold, I'm not even sure that would be legal.

So we have had to hang around for an extra three days (no ferries from the UK to northern Spain available until then), miss the ferry we were supposed to be catching, and stay in a hotel as the house is no longer ours.

This skip that was supposed to cost us a little over £200? Well, what with the ferry we were unable to catch, the extra cost of rebooking (prices have gone up as it's now holiday time), and three nights in a hotel... we're around £1400 out of pocket -- plus the cost of the skip.

I would add that the drivers and people in the call centre are all very nice and helpful but that does not compensate for the overall incompetence of Circle Waste.

Rang a local skip supplier and the call went straight through to circle waste , after some confusion about siting and ordering , I paid , only to discover after being sent an email that these were not the original company I had contacted, skip never showed up when it was supposed to and when I rang the original company who knew nothing , I learned i had been redirected and missold a more expensive and unnecessary skip.
on cancellation before the skip had even been delivered I was told that a £50 cancellation was unavoidable no matter what. terrible attitude and a complete con as I never contacted these people in the first place, based in England, they diverted me to a local number giving me the impression that I was calling the local firm, I had to cancel the order and the transaction , Shocking , especially as they knew an error was made and the least they could have done was give customer the benefit of the doubt, especially as no explanation could be given as to why I was diverted to them in the first place.

Rang up for a skip a 2 yard one . They said they had one available . When it came to paying they only had a 4 yard one available. So when with that as I was desperate had to empty my house and garage as I had sold it . Told them I was putting garage rubbish in the skip and general household stuff . The skip cost me 222 pound . After this conversation they sent an email telling me what I could and couldn't put in the skip . It turned out that I could only put fresh air in the skip. Keep well away from these con artists.

Bet they they don't reply to this review because of the one star rating . Had to give them one star because there wasn't any minus ones

Excellent trustworthy company who identify your needs and keep you posted all the way.

Professional fast service. Would recommend. Quick and responsive when dropping skip of and collecting.

They robbing your money politely and never do a good service, my skip block my shop and it’s one month they not collecting it.

Terrible company with no communication. Ordered skip which didn't arrive. After spending over an hour waiting to speak to someone was told a driver was sick so would be the next day. Next day had to chase before skip was delivered. Didn't have skip size I ordered so was given a larger one (without consultation) - luckily had space. Had to sit on drive for over a week due to local roadworks - would have been gone if delivered on agreed date.
Driver was the only good part of the entire experience

Called a local number and somehow went through to Circle Waste.
Told skip would be £200 - was charged £240, no one mentioned VAT needed to be added, I would have gone elsewhere had I known.
Trying to book skip to be collected- 5 days and we will turn up at anytime....

Be careful, scam. Booked and paid for skip 10 days in advance. On scheduled day of delivery, despite several calls and multiple updated times of delivery, no skip ever arrived. Wasted day. Be careful, they sound good when ordering but don’t deliver.

I booked a Skip at short notice and was delighted that they could accommodate. Made payment and arranged for friends to come over from out of town to help loading up the skip. Called at 9:45 on the morning of the booking to get an ETA, was informed that they didn't have anything available. How can this company work like that, how can you make a booking and charge without actually knowing that the skip is available? You've caused a massive amount of stress and inconvenience with incompetence.

Paid for a skip as we were moving. Got a call the morning it was meant to be delivered saying they were short of drivers. Asked for refund but 2 phone calls later still nothing. Promised one today so here's hoping.

Didnt complete the order and no skip was delivered. The only helpful person was Lily who I honestly think was embarrassed to work for them. Ridiculous!!!

Terrible customer service subjected the customer to harm and did not take into account any vulnerability or mental health issues they claim they were the cheapest in the area which is a joke because the three quotes that I received were actually cheaper. They overcharge the when it came to billing by quoting inclusive of VAT in front of two witnesses and then when it came to charging the card they added VAT. This is now being disputed via the bank and the fact they failed to honour the agreed contract. Customer was taken to A&E and they did not care for their safety. What’s joke if a company. Now in the hands of trading standards and the bank.
