Abysmal service

Abysmal service. Basically they seem to be a central company that outsources work to other smaller skip hire. Unfortunately this means that they make promises they can't keep and don't understand how their outsourced companies work. We were made all sorts of promises about delivery, collection, timings etc. It was so dire, we wrote an official complaint as their practices had implications for our own company, but unfortunately they chose to ignore the complaint.

Use your money elsewhere.

Very poor.

Ordered a skip. Took money straight away. Promising next day delivery. Phoned next day to be told skip size not available for 3 more days.
Chris from Birmingham dealt with me. What a joke.

THERE SERVICE

AS THEY COLLECTED THE RUBBISH THEY WERE SUPER DUPER RUDE, IM NOT THE BIGGEST PERSON ON MAKING PEOPLE POLITE BUT HOLY CRUD THERE MORE TRASHY THAN THE RUBBISH THEY TAKE AWAY THE STAR RATING IS -8 AND A HALF!!

Absolute charlatan's. !!! They took my money quick enough then sent terms and conditions which excluded 90% of the items o wanted it for. Refund was £70 short!! Total disgrace. Please please do not use this company

Hell on earth with these scammers

I am very upset first-time customer.
 
I have had nothing but problem from the first day I ordered a skip from your company.
 
On the 6th May at 4pm I phoned in and order a 12Yrd skip, the lady asked me on the phone what time I would like the skip delivered. 8-9pm she gave me a delivery slot, PLEASE CHECK YOUR PHONE RECORDINGS.
 
On the 9th the skip was to be delivered, I noticed it wasn’t delivered at 10.40am I emailed in proof attached asking where the skip was. I then called in and was told that they do not have the skip in stock?????? And they are waiting for one to become available, I wasn’t told this at the time of booking I paid for an available skip, and also why give me a delivery choice slot if you know you can’t adhere to it and you took my money knowing there wasn’t an available skip.
 
I then got an email back from Lauren Berry, (EMAIL ATTACHED) saying that she will chase this up, then when I found out that when I found out that the slot was never to be given in the first place. I explained to Lauren and the lady on the phone call Lilly that I needed to know because I live in a Cul-de-Sac, and I need to make sure my neighbours don’t block the skip entrance. I gave the lady my number and was told driver will call me I phone in and gave the lady the number, well no one called they had 2 number for me and no phone call.
 
Finally, the skip turned up at about 12.43. 3hr from the slot that I was given, phone call recorded. I had to book half day off from work, due to the failure timeslot.
 
 
COLLECTION OF THE SKIP.
 
On the 28th of May, I called in on to say that the skip was ready for collection, the lady on the phone said to me that this WILL be collected on the Friday 30th before 5pm, I noticed no one turned but FAIL COLLECTION please listen to the recording.,
 
I called in again on 2nd and was told they will collect before 5pm that day, NO ONE TURNED UP 2ND failed collection. Wasted time off work. (Please see proof of my phone calls.) and check your recordings I then called the number on the skip,  02088534796 and was told that the driver will be with me on 3rd before 5pm, and that you guys don’t own the vans u just take ppls money.
 
NO ONE TURNED UP, 3rd FAILD COLLECTION wasted AL taken from work. Called Tuesday sent an email yesterday, no reply. Then today the skip guy just turned up to my door no phone call I was in the middle of a meeting.
 
He said he cant take the skip because there is a mattress in in, I then said I will remove it, but because I was alone and 6months pregnant I couldn’t get the mattrass out its embedded fair enough when I asked my brother to pack the skip, he didn’t know about the mattress and we understand our mistake, however what about YOURS I have wasted annual leave miss sold from the start, and was promised a phone call before the driver turned up no one called me
 
Now the lady today that was very rude, saying I have to pay £108 to get the driver to come back, when ur company has also caused me so much stress and wasted AL. I would like these phones called listen to, and notes checked also the fee waved for my inconvenience too. Or is this one sided now I am stuck with a skip I cant afford the fee to remove the.

Took my money but no delivery

Ordered a skip online and paid for it and the money was taken from my bank. Thought it was strange I didn't have any order confirmation so rang up on the day of the delivery to which I was told they had no record of my order. Spent ages on the phone trying to find any history of the order and was finally told they found it but something had gone wrong and it hadn't gone through properly (conveniently the money had though!) The man on the other end of the phone was lovely and couldn't be more apologetic and managed to sort my order for the next day but still disappointing.

I so wish I had read the reviews

I so wish I had read the reviews. However, having called and booked my skip with what I thought was a local skip hire company, Johnsons Skip Hire, I have since found out my job was sent to Circle Waste Management and the skip was delivered by Blackpole Recycling.
Needless to say, it's now proving painful to try and get the skip collected. We have been waiting a week for this and have called 3 times.
Customer Service is shoddy and unhelpful. I was told that my waiting on hold for nearly half an hour is "not our fault that we are busy"!!
Yesterday I was told a collection was scheduled for this morning (3.6.25).
Today I was told I had to call again tomorrow to find out what is happening!
I certainly won't be using their services again.

Stay clear of these charlatans

We hired a skip from these charlatans, and if I could offer less than one star, I would. We called and hired a skip was charged £360, and were told that for 4 weeks they would come and take the full one away and replace it with an empty one, as we are having our driveway lifted and a new one put down. They are now saying they want to charge another £360 to come and take the full one away and leave an empty one in its place. We have asked for the call recording for this and have been told they won't send this to us, and they have been nothing short of rude and obnoxious from everyone we have spoken with. I will be taking this up with Trading Standards and putting a no-nonsense review on LinkedIn, although their CEO has taken the facility away from his page, allowing anyone to message him directly

AVOID AT ALL COSTS SCAM

Absolute scammers my elderly mother ordered a large skip £300 and a van turned up and took 3 items that the council would have taken for £25..When she rang up to complain she was fobbed off and given a false email address to contact.
AVOID SCAMMERS.

This company are awful I ordered a skip for next day delivery for it not to come then the next day it never come and the next until they cancelled my order and I’m still waiting for my refund 3 weeks later

Driver refused skip with no reason as he wanted to go home early on a Friday

Driver turned up down the street didn't even attempt to take the skip with his truck. He got out of his truck walked to the skip touched the skip with his hand and then refused it claiming its too heavy which i know for a fact is not the case. He then changed his excuse later on once he spoke to he manager. I made a a complaint and was told I would get a call back from the manager today which has no happened. I am now left with a full skip blocking my drive. absolutely shocking company they are fine with taking your money though. Currently having to go through my bank to get my money back

No communication, poor service

Order taken on the Wednesday and an email was sent to confirm.
Emailed on Tuesday to clarify delivery time and no one responded. Then noticed money had been returned to my account.
Rang the office on Wednesday morning (builders already here starting work) to be told the order has been cancelled due to no skips!!
No communication what so ever!!

Scam. Don’t trust the google reviews!

Scam. Check their trust and trade reviews as the Google ones are faked- this is a known scam company.
Booked a skip- it never turned up I called them to check and they said the booking went missing, I checked my bank balance and I’d been overcharged vs the most expensive one on the website and queried why I had been overcharged as I had screen shots of the price seconds before purchasing and after. They eventually said it was a glitch and would be another £30+, taking my total for a skip to £400… my trust was broken and something stank so eventually they offered a full refund, no issue to getting through to them at that point. A month later and daily phone calls and no refund.

Clowns .. circle circus waste

Clowns ... these don't own skips they sub contract them out to local skip hire companies thus creates the problem of trying to skip picked up. Ordered mine 4 weeks un advance with strict instructions it needed picking up Tuesday.. Tuesday came rang them twice will put it down as urgent was the reply. Wednesday called again Thursday again and Friday they just kept cutting me off . Customer service skills top notch ...not ... noticed 3 letters on side of skip very faint but tried my luck with a skip hire company to see if it was one of theirs .. rang yesterday gentleman apologise and advised to ring direct not through the circus of clowns at circle waste was picked up today 11.45 . Easy .. when you go direct .

POLICE need to be alerted about these scammers. They operate under the guise of a legitimate business, complete with a professional inbound telephone system. Their contact number, typically starting with 0330, is forwarded to an untraceable mobile phone. This polished image helps them attract new victims daily. Once you pay for a skip, they quickly collect your bank card details — but they never fulfill your order. If you try to call them back, you’re placed on hold with professional-sounding background music that plays endlessly, until you eventually give up.

Circle of Crooks – Absolute Scam of a Company

Circle of Crooks is a far more accurate name for your company.

On April 1st, I tried to book a skip to take down and rebuild a large shed. I spoke with your adviser, after I clearly informed them what size skip I needed for the work I was doing. What showed up? A skip barely big enough for a doghouse. Total joke. I sent it back immediately because I was completely misled.

When I tried to rebook the correct size, I was suddenly told I’d need to pay another £200. That’s ridiculous. I had no choice but to cancel. I was told there would be a £50 cancellation charge, but out of the £360 I paid, you only gave me £200 back. So where’s the rest of my money? Nowhere in your Terms and Conditions does it say you’ll charge over £100 for a cancellation. That’s just robbery.

I asked multiple times to speak to a manager – every time I was fobbed off with “they’re in a meeting” or “on another call.” I also asked for email contacts for a manager – again, empty promises. Nothing sent. I asked for a copy of the original booking call – because I KNOW I asked for a bigger skip – and surprise, surprise, I was told it would be provided but it never came.

I requested my refund on April 2nd. I had to call THREE times and each time I spoke to some lad named Alfie who said “I’m very sorry” like a broken record. Only when I started asking for names and making noise did someone finally move – and even then, I only got half my money back, 25 days later.

You’ve lied. You’ve misled. You’ve ignored. You’ve overcharged. And you’ve wasted my time.

This isn’t just bad service — it’s a scam. It’s clear your staff are trained to fob people off and delay until they give up. Well, I’m not giving up. I want:

A full breakdown of what you’ve actually charged me.

A refund of the remaining £110 you owe.

The call recording from the booking.

A straight answer on why your entire team seems allergic to accountability.

You don’t get to take people’s money and vanish behind silence and excuses. If this isn’t resolved within 7 days, I’ll be raising this with Trading Standards, citizens advice, and wherever else I need to make noise. I’ll also make sure others know exactly what kind of company you are.

Looking forward to your response – if any of you can be bothered.
