The content was presented well and it was good to include questions + interactions as it went along. It would have been better if the first mock didn't include questions that had already been asked but asked new questions that encourage the learner to revise other aspects of the syllabus.

Horrible experience have to complete…
Horrible experience have to complete this garbage training and the website says “sorry this email is already used” when I hit reset my password “sorry this username doesn’t exist” ?!!!!!! after it provided it to me. What is this?? Huge waste of my time. Never using again 0/10 will not recommend to anyone!!! If you want people to use this i recommend making it useable first.

You didn't respond to our request for more information to help you, so we can't identify if you are a customer as we would gladly refund you if you are unable to access your learning. We have successfully accredited nearly 50,000 project / programme / change managers over the years, with over 6,000 of those using our new learning platform which was launched in 2021.
From your comments it looks like you were not able to log on, so I am not sure how you were able to ascertain that the training was garbage. I'm sorry that you feel you have to complete the accreditation - studies have shown that accreditation helps individuals to deliver more successful projects, have better career prospects, see a greater salary potential, and hold globally transferrable skills.

Good E-Learning
Providing the participant reads the study guides I would say the information is very clear (all be it the BoK is very wordie), The voice over is clear & questions at the end of each section appreciated. It might help to have a couple of extra interactive sections to link possible job titles to roles and responsibilities to help the learner visualize who the roles typically sit with in practice or tie in each section into the bigger picture to help understand and remember the flow of events and how it links together.

Great learning platform. I completed (and passed) the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification and received great support throughout from members of the CITI Virtual Learning team. Really recommend if you're looking for curricular activities in work (or beyond!).

Little difference to a cheaper APM study guide
No feedback about what went wrong, but more about value for money. Also studied with the official APM study guide and I did not feel I got substantial value from this virtual learning to justify the cost compared to reading the textbook. Interactive exercises were advertised, but were few and far between. Flashcards can now be provided by Google or ChatGPT.

If the goal is to be independent of any study guide, then you succeed very well. In this case, my employer had already bought me the study guide so having gone through it and then the virtual learning it struck me that it's more cost effective to now use the study guide. That being said, the wording was more approachable in your virtual learning and some of your diagrams more digestible. Given your response and aims I have amended my score to reflect this.

We aim to provide cost-effective yet engaging and practical learning experiences, and it’s clear we fell short in your case. Our eLearning is designed to be stand-alone, meaning you do not need to purchase any other books or material like the APM Body of Knowledge or APM PFQ Study Guide. We agree that if you like reading books / eBooks, the eLearning would not add substantial value.

In-depth course covering all topics…
In-depth course covering all topics required. However, its made confusing by the narrator's speech not corresponding to the on screen text, which confuses matters. Whilst they both explain what is going on, they explain it differently, making it difficult to listen and read at the same time, or do one or the other then try and cross-reference the two different explanations together. The voice over should match the text displayed, then if they wish to explain it further or give examples, then do so.

Yes, it took me the full year due to personal issues and work commitments, but I got it done! Sat my exam on Friday 10th Oct, and (as long as I had the cameras set up correctly on Proctor!) I have a 'Pass' pending invigilation.

I booked a course in 2021
I booked a course in 2021. My next career step. I became ill and never got around to finishing.
It is 2025, i am not fully better (lost a child went mad) but am better.
The course is still there… i can still do it…. I am happy for a moment today.
