Very happy with my course experience. CITI virtual learning offer an online platform that makes distance study very straightforward. Each module was supplemented with a lecture and study notes. I found it easy to structure my learning and block time. When it came to booking the exam, it was easy to contact the operations team who were at hand to answer my questions and provide me with information needed.

For those considering taking the APM foundations course via distance learning, I would definitely recommend CITI virtual learning.

The training programme was excellent- delivered at the appropriate pace, the correct level of detail and was in plain English. The resources were helpful and again, clear and concise.

It was good learning material, easy to understand and the platform was easy to get around.

Course flowed really well, and lots of info and examples helped me to invisage a project within my current employment.

The pacing of the facilitator and the explanations are very good. The sample questions at the end of each topic help to cement understanding.

The positive engagement and challenge has been appreciated by our candidtaes and has ensured that they only take the exam when best suited maximising the value to the company and ensuring positive impacts with candidates.

It has been lovely to deal with Citi and their team on more than one occasion over some online training for courses for our business. They are a pleasure to deal with and the courses were of high quality. All communications were prompt, instructions were clear and nothing was too difficult for the team to help us with!

Proper summary for a PM role introduction. I'd add certain real-life examples to match the theoretical lessons.

I liked how the course was broken down. I enjoyed hearing the trainer talk through the content and at times having to complete interactive tasks to check understanding. I also liked that each section ends with a quiz. Being able to access the study guides and terminology resources as additional ways of getting the course content stick is valuable.
However, I think that the course is mainly about the theory around PM and lacks concrete examples or examples of applications.

What made my experience great is the fact that CITI Virtual learning goes in depth with their teachings and yet at the same time makes it so easy to understand and grasp. Thank you.

The process was relatively easy, we had to make prior arrangements for the company to be added to our procurement system. The staff were quick to respond and helped to progress the internal process at my company which then made paying for the course and gaining access to the online material much easier.

The information provided is really detailed and consistent with the BOK. also the hand outs help for further learning outside of the video content.
