This company is shocking. The way they treat their guardians is like cannon fodder. I would never use this company that has no respect for human life. They are completely dishonest and obsessed with money. You would not treat your pet dog the same way City Guardians treat people. They have no concern for peopple with mental health. Even when trying to deal with them on the phone its not good. They need to improve and look after their guardians

This company is awefull. If I could leave minus stars I would. 1 star is way to generous. As Guardians we were being told again and again that we would have well over a year to stay. After 2 months of moving in I was given 28 days to leave. City Guardians were saying the building was unsafe and the fire service would serve notice very soon. This was not quite true tho and caused lots of panic as lots of people were scared. They then can changing the move out date and pressured people to move out earlier. Constant harassment
I smelled a rat so I contacted my local fire department and got the fire reports. While their were major issues and City Guardian did not want to address them as it would be expensive I was told no more notices were going to be served and there was no imminent danger to life. I was surprised with the dishonesty with City Guardians and told them this along with the fire report. They were not happy with me contacting fire department. I was told by City Guardians I now need to get my e scooter out of the building even though they allowed many people inc myself to have them. I was threatened multiple times with their solicitors. I checked this with the fire department and they confirmed this was being done out of spite. City Guardians even went into my room claiming to do a room inspection and took photos of it. They even lied and said I had it on charge. The last 3 weeks with City Gaurdians was like Hell. I suffered with lots of stress and anxiety as a result of the constant browbeating and this led to very high blood sugars as I am diabetic. I told them this but they were not interested. City Guardians kept reminding me my move out date even though I had not found any where to live. Their was absolutely no concern for my well being. Completely heartless. I contacted my council and 2 people from the housing department told me their was an agreement between the council and City Guardians that City Guardians will have to help people find accommodation. When I said this to City Guardiand they Completely denied this and said they have no responsibility. City Guardians have refused to give me my deposit back and when I speak to them they say it has been transferred to my new landlord. My new landlord have said they have had no money as of yet. City Guardians is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. The constant lies and deception and lack or care for other human beings. The only thing they are concerned about is money 💰. Pure greed.
Disgusting. You ought to be ashamed of yourself!!!!!!!!
