City Moves were exceptionally helpful before the move, assuring us that they would manage any changes to the booking which made my wife and I feel at ease with the process.
As promised, City Moves were able to “price match” their services without hesitation.
On the day, the men had a big move, with two lorries and some very heavy furniture. Without complaint or any damage to belongings, they worked very hard to make the move as stress free as possible.

City moves helped us in February - could not rate the service any higher. The guys were polite, friendly, professional and patient. Everything arrived safely and they were so respectful of both properties. Thanks so much for your help!

We had a stressful property sale/purchase so by the time move day finally arrived we were flagging. It turned out that choosing the guys from City Moves to complete our move was the easiest part of the whole process!!

The initial Whats App call was simple, as was making amendments over the phone. Communication was excellent throughout.

On move day the truck and the removal team arrived bang on 8am and everything was fully loaded in no time at all. They didn't rush and were good fun to have around. The contents of our house, garage and garden were all handled with no trouble. They made it look easy and many of our items were heavy!

We didn't have to lift a finger at either end, everything was done for us. This service was worth every penny to avoid the stress of doing things yourself on what is inevitably a busy day. It meant we could clean our property from top to bottom before handing over the keys knowing that when we got to our new home the truck would be there waiting for us.

I would recommend the team at City Moves to anyone and if you get Chris, Adey and Jacob you will be in safe hands! Thank you again guys!

I couldn't recommend City Moves highly enough. They were excellent from the initial telephone enquiry and short notice booking (the solicitors didn't give us a definite answer until the day before our planned move date) . Our movers Scott and Morgan couldn't have been more helpful or professional, they made the actual move go incredibly smoothly.

I was a nervous mover having not moved for over 20 years.
We moved 200 miles from the North West to Surrey and the moving out and moving in process took place over 3 days, and include 2 pianos which we were quite worried about.
I can honestly say City Moves did a brilliant job, and the team of men involved were all very personable, cooperative and respectful.
Very pleased with the whole experience provided by this company.

We have received a very high standard from City Moves. The process from start to finish was seamless, both from the office and also the moving team on the day. The team on the day were very professional, careful with all of our belongings and respectful. They were very swift both leaving the house we moved from and at the new house and there were no marks. My husband and I picked City moves from the trustpilot reviews and we are pleased that we did. We had the packing and removal package. The men arrived the day before and packed everything and the removal vans turned up on time the following day and moved us 30 miles to our new house. They worked extremely hard all day and they were friendly and helpful. We would recommend them.

Absolutely fabulous and reliable company. I would whole heartedly recommend using them. From initial booking through to the removals, staff are friendly, communicative, polite and for the removals on time. No job seemed to large/small, from planters to wardrobes to kitchen ware to treasured items, everything was packed carefully and with consideration. We will use City Moves again (and probably again)
