Catia was a FABULOUS
Catia was a terrific guide for me and my 24 year old daughter. Tours so often give you expats - people who moved to a city and found this gig. Catia is a Porto lifer AND works for the city in urban planning. She also had a solid "approach" - starting at the oldest section and working to/through the city, excellent balance of informative and fun. Finally, she was incredibly kind - had read in detail our "bio" including that my daughter has severe celiac issues. She'd researched all the places that might be appropriate in Porto (and my daughter, who has a global app that suggests where to go, said Catia had hit the high spots without knowing about that app!).

Our guide Khalid was amazing!!
Our guide, Khalid, was absolutely amazing! He made us feel comfortable from the moment we met him, taking the time to get to know us and our kids. It was such a thoughtful gesture when he even offered to buy the kids drinks because of the heat.
Khalid knew all the best places to take us in Osaka and made the entire experience fun, engaging, and memorable. His friendly personality, local knowledge, and genuine care for our family made the tour one of the highlights of our trip. We couldn't have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I loved the ability to connect in advance with a guide who tailored a tour exactly to our requirements. The guide’s English language skills were immaculate and she asked the right questions to help us experience a memorable day. We were given insight into Hong Kong’s unique culture and heritage and experienced parts of the city we would never have discovered without her.

The tour and the guide were completely fine but I am annoyed by the fact that there was only one tour guide. If you were unwilling to let us do a larger group of 11 (since max tour was eight) and required us to book two separate tours (this was a higher price than adding people to our tour) we should have had two tour guides. One in the front of the group and one in the back to answer questions of those walking in the back. I would have been fine with one guide had we not been forced to book TWO tours.

Guide Nicola was great!
Guide Nicola was punctual, accommodating, easy to communicate and converse with, shared stories about the sights we visited and also tips on where and how to take great pics! He told me about his favourite gelato in Bologna and yes, I agree Sable was excellent (after tasting 6 flavours)!

I had 3 days of tours and 3 outstanding…
I had 3 days of tours and 3 outstanding guides. Mami was concerned about our time and experience and managed to give us a wealth of knowledge about Japan in the limited time we had. She made us feel like new friends. Kokoro was very entertaining and Kenici was full of energy and keep us moving. I would recommend all 3 guides to everyone.

What I loved the most about this experience was the level of commitment and professionalism from both the company and the tour guide to work with us to adjust the day to what I needed and not just what they wanted to offer.
