Laila and Harumi are AMAZING! We got the opportunity to meet the both of them and they are both so down to earth! They are patient, informative, and understanding. We wholeheartedly enjoyed our tours from the both of them and the vibes they give. We appreciated everything they had to offer and we will always remember this trip to Japan thanks to them. ☺️💕

The guide was amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable. The city and getting to explore it with someone local made our experience so much more enjoyable. Very easy to book and communication was quick and easy.

Marianne showed us the history of royalty. We walked through the Royal Garden and visited the Royal Palace. Along the way we saw the Grand Hotel and its significants with the Nobel Peace Prize. We went to the City Hall and talked about Culture, Oslo and Norways history. Marianne was delightful and fun. Thanks!

We had a great walking tour in Sapporo. It helped us to understand the city and the island more. Our guide, Toru, was very friendly, knowledgeable and keen to help us build the tour around what we wanted. A good morning out.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for our tour guide, Connie, during our recent visit to Montreal.
Connie was absolutely fantastic. Her knowledge of the city's history, culture, and landmarks made our tour both informative and engaging. She explained everything clearly and shared many interesting facts and stories that gave us a much deeper appreciation of Montreal.
In addition to being highly knowledgeable, Connie was warm, friendly, and enthusiastic. She made my husband and I feel welcome, and her positive attitude made the entire experience enjoyable. We truly enjoyed her company and appreciated the passion she has for her city.

I booked a private Florence food tour and expected it to be like every other food tour I have done; someone takes you around to different eateries having you try various local food and talking with you about it. This was the opposite of that. I met the guide with my family and he asked what we wanted to do, where we wanted to go. I’m the tourist and you are supposed to be the knowledgeable local, you tell me. So he ends up just dropping us off at a local restaurant where they bring us some wine and antipasti. Ok but this is supposed to be a tour. The guide comes back an hour later asking how it was where I tell him it’s the worst food tour I have ever experienced. He promises to fix the situation. Well he takes us to another restaurant, leaves, and we are handed menus by the wait staff. Seriously WTH?!?! We made the best of it by asking the wait staff what they recommend and ate what they brought. Maybe I misunderstood that the “unscripted” part of City Unscripted meant that I was expected to do everything myself. This was not an inexpensive private tour but I was most annoyed that they wasted one of my few evenings in Florence. Bottom line, the worst experience my family has had across the many many tours we have done.

Our guide was very friendly and informative. It was a great 2 hour tour of Dublin.

One issue I used your company for several cities and this does not identify which one.
I am guessing this was Bologna. Andrea was great; a lovely young man full of information and communicated in a very conversational manner. Also knew his material.

Jeff was a great tour guide for Munich. He was fun to hang with and knew his stuff. He kept us all engaged for the three hours and was a great communicator.

Wayne was a great guide, he went at our pace and showed us some interesting places around Perth that we might otherwise not have seen.

Our guide Marek gave us an excellent 4 hour guided tour our first day in Tokyo. It was the perfect way to get oriented to the city - its history, culture, and the logistics of getting around! He made sure to confirm an easy meeting place, showed up on time, and adapted our 4 hours as we went to best suit our interests.
His background in Japanese language and culture allowed him to share lots of great insights, and we left feeling much more comfortable about being in a new city. He guided us through how to pray at a Shinto shrine, the major historical milestones of Japan history, and took us to a free observatory tower! He also gave us some great restaurant recommendations, and we connected on whatsapp for any follow up questions. We were really pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend this exeperience, and in particular Marek as a guide!

It was wonderful with a private tour of the city

We had a wonderful walking tour with Philipp around Munich’s historic town center. He was very responsive and engaging before the tour on the sights we’d be interested in seeing and our teenagers. Both our teenagers liked what he showed us and enjoyed all his interesting stories and pictures! He also provided a lot of recommendations for our stay! It was a perfect start to our stay in Munich!

Dean was a great guide. We enjoyed the history lessons and the sights. Highly recommend!

Wonderful 2 hour tour, full of interesting history and local interest spots. Our guide had a tremendous approach, making every minute a personal experience.

Our guide Jason was very polite and professional right from the start. We met at the hotel lobby and worked up a tour plan for Dublin, then set out on foot. He as very knowledgeable and also told great stories. We covered a lot of ground on our tour and had a great time. He also provided recommendations for other site and things to see and do around Dublin during the rest of our stay there.

Andrew was very engaging and very knowledgeable. He was relatable to us as newbies to Seoul. I appreciate his flexibility and ability to put together a tour that provided us with an overview of the culture, architecture and the history.

We loved our time in Seoul!!!
