I thought the walking tour was nice…
I thought the walking tour was pretty good. The Belgian peacekeepers memorial was very interesting. I did not enjoy the locals shopping dining area as much and I don’t think that the locals really appreciated having us walk through. They looked at us like we just didn’t belong there, the small children were asking for money, and the Restaurant hosts were dying to get us into their restaurants. I also had a little bit of trouble understanding what the tour guide was telling us. I would’ve preferred someone who spoke a little better English.

they wanted me to download what app to…
the guide wanted me to download "what's app" to keep in touch with the a meeting point. I couldn't download it and the tour guide changed the meeting point, so I was late for the tour.

Before your experience, guests can simply log in to their MyCU account through a web browser to chat with their host, plan the day together, and receive any updates.

Creates an experience of a lifetime!
We used City Unscripted twice this spring, and loved both experiences. The local guides really tailored our experiences to our interests and we felt we had a deeper, more meaningful time than one of the 'canned' tours most companies offer, for the same cost. We will use it again when we are in one of the cities that they operate in.

An amazing low key Sydney Evening!!
Host Micheal was prompt, friendly, engaging and knew Sydney well. City Unscripted reservation process seemed cumbersome, and there were several individuals on their side I had to deal with during the planning process. Perhaps a one-off situation I suppose as their original selection of a guide for our experience canceled her involvement forcing CU to locate another person (Michael.) We very much appreciated the full attention Michael gave us as his only clients that evening. Highlights of the evening were the use of downtown street rail and a thoroughly amazing stroll through the Queen Victoria Building (QVB.) Please be sure to communicate our thanks again to Michael for his kindness and we wish him only the best in the future. As far as CU is concerned we believe they are on track, will continue to streamline and strengthen their mission and processes as a comprehensive provider of small/private guided experiences for tourists worldwide.

A grave experience
Our cemeteries and chocolate tour was great fun. Lots of interesting facts, a fascinating graveyard and due to the heat the hot chocolate was switched to the most heavenly ice cream.

Best experience, best guide
From beginning to end, the best experience one could ask for. We tried three other guide services in Paris, but this was by far the best. From the communication prior to the tour you knew City Unscripted was going to be special. We would not hesitate to use them in other countries.
