There has been very good communication so far. Explanation of your services were explained and he let me know this process may take months. He eluded confidence in Claim-Justice reclaiming my scammed funds. That makes me feel better.

! am satisfied with the work of Claim justice Grup, Marian my Representant always call me and give me updates about the case and she give additional information when is available. at this point I don't know if we will recover the money but I can see claim justice group is doing everything they can.

My case Manager Mariam has been excellent. She provides updates over the phone and through emails. She has the habit of responding to my emails and questions promptly.

Mariam is very good at keeping me up to date with the case's progress. She is very friendly and polite.

They are helpful with tracing, but you'll need a local police to work with them, depending on your country and local police, the odds are small but there's at least an odds.

Based on my experience with them, in my opinion Claim Justice is very likely also a scam. Not saying they are but seems they've been dragging their feet. From 2022-2024 nothing has been done properly. They change account managers every 6 months and they like to start over from scratch with each new manager. Now I get email from a fake SEC person who knows I had "hired" Claim Justice (I've told nobody about hiring them) and the fake SEC person says my funds have been successfully withdrawn and ready for me to transfer back to my account. Yet this person is not in the SEC's Personnel Locator. How else would this person know I "hired" Claim Justice? I only ask that CJ please follow through better when they say they are getting letters and reports ready for me. The Police have been waiting for seven months for their response for more info about my case. Now they've change the name to assetrace.com and their emails to the same. What legit company would stop their previous emails so clients can't contact them or they don't receive emails sent you them. Plus I got a notice that this company IS fraudulent.

Miriam puts a lot of effort into her work and it shows.

my last claim manager Natia is honest with me explain in detail and helps me going forward thru various stages. it's not easy though to recover the loss but hope is great with my case manager. the case is not yet over but we are at it and will not let the scammers win all the time. I give 5 star for Ms Mariam Phkakadze my Case Manager. My experience with her. She is polite and respectful to her client, She always giving me update and answer everytime I have question and email me if she have something to say or want to talk to me.

I have been with the Claim-Justice about a month now working with Anuki, who has been very attentive to my account, with timely responses to any questions I have had. This is a difficult situation but the Claim-Justice team has given me hope that I am still able to recoup my losses.

If you've paid them your hard earned money after telling you what you want to hear and signed the no guaranteed agreement after taking your money without telling you that there is no guarantee, you've just been victimized by these scammers. That's exactly what happened so far to me. Sean told me they'll get 85-95 percent of my money in 3-5 months but still no results took my money then had me sign a no guarantee agreement which very devious. They'll ignore you once you call them out on it. First forensic meeting the dude going out of view and the second meeting another customer was scheduled to join so there was another guy in our meeting. Very Devious, unprofessional and unorganized. They need to be out of business of scamming victims. Reporting them to the FTC and BBB as they are ignoring my calls and emails now. Marita, my case manager has a bot email to schedule consultations and ignored the scheduled meeting and won't answer my emails or calls which is the reason for this bad review. I wish the FBI would have told me sooner that they are scammers before hiring them. The local police wouldn't even give them the time of day to work with them. I completely regret hiring them. Horrible with putting together the reports and keeps stalling on next steps!

I wrote a review about claim justice about 6 months ago saying they had not got my money back after 3 years and not heard from them for over three months.
As soon as the review was out they contacted me and claimed to help me claim my money back if I took the review down. I asked them to show me how they were going to help me first. They advised me to write a letter I had already written to the ombudsman. Then a few weeks later when I asked if they were going to be advertising me on what to do next, they were very aggressive in their manner towards me, especially Nikoloz Pkhaladze who called me a "LAIR" and claimed I promised to take the review down.
The company can't do anything once the money is out of the country they switch representatives on a regular basis, their English isn't fluent and they come across as your best friend at first. They won't refund your money back, they lie to you and scam you. I would love to hear from a genuine person who they successfully got their money back for!! PLEASE DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY TO THEM AND WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME.
