I got scammed and contacted claims Justice and they were nice but once your money or crypto is transferred out of country its gone and there is nothing they can do. They won't tell you this but take heed. I received nothing back and finally gave up. They told me there were steps to take even though my money was out of country and unfortunately that was a lie. They are well aware that once your money is transferred out of country it is gone

hello.everything in vain. you need to sale house or car. or do second job to recover from financial crisis. there is no way to recovery financial loss. no one can recovery money scammed. everyone devastated because of scammers.you better keep money than give money to scammers like claim justice.

1 year no constructive results at all. Just form letters that are handed off by case manager to me for me to email to federal agencies that do not respond. My case is continuously passed from one case manager to the next one. It's unfair how their salespeople take older vulnerable people that have recently been scammed and then promise that they can get money back. I'm now having to consider exploring other options for justice.

From the time of my first call to Ofek and to date, Claim Justice and my case worker Mariam Phkakadze have bent over backwards to track down my funds, keep me updated, given me next steps and never made empty promises. I feel blessed to have their support at a time in my life where I have no trust left and feel very alone. Hope and faith are back in my vocabulary thanks to this wonderful company! They charge $ 2000 in the beginning then they pass years time and finally they say they will send the crypto statement and one should go to police. I feel that I have been scammed by the claim justice to get back the money I have lost to Scammers Onyx Traders never fall trap of the scammers

This is a scam. Every month or so they kept changing case managers.
2+ years of time wasted and finally everyone disappeared. Stay away from this joke company

We have been with Claim Justice for almost two years. They promised recovery of our lost funds within 2 - 3 months. Claim Justice lies, makes false promises and continues to assign new case managers with lack of communication. We have demanded a full refund from Claim Justice. Their name should be "Criminal Justice" not Claim Justice for they are also a scam company.

Scam company - beware!

They use high powered sales tactics to get you to sign for their services. They promise unattainable claims to get your money back. They proposed a fee of $20,500 with $10,250 due now and the additional $10,250 would be deducted from the first $30,000 that they recovered. Plus a 13% fee. I offered that they take the whole $20,500 out of the first $30,000 and even offered a higher percentage they could keep. Adam went off the deep end when I suggested this. Just stay away.

They first were very promising and assured me they can totally help me. This guy Adam was very convincing but I felt there was something fishy. I was already scammed for huge amount and I was in a lot of trauma. I was not ready to spend another penny before I recovered some of my money back. I told them I can’t do this. So he said they can’t work with me. I accepted that and the next day that guy Adam msged me again saying he really wants to help me and could not sleep the whole night after listening to my story. So I said I appreciate their concern but if they can help me first recover the amount and then I can pay them whatever fees they have like any other service. And then he sent me dispectful msgs saying I’m an ungrateful woman and I have scammer mentality that I’m refusing to give them any money right now. I was amazed at the way this guy spoke to me considering I told him how badly I was affected by this huge scam. I had lost everything. Please don’t reach out to these ppl. They’re the worst!

Claim-Justice is not a good company to use, they are professional scammers. I contacted Claim-Justice in July 2022 and up to date, I don't receive my money. Claim-Justice has stopped responding to my emails since August 2023. I have worked with Gizo, Koba Kupreishvili, Nika Lobadze, Nodari Natsvlishvili and Mariam Tkeshelashvili and all those case managers reported to go off sick. Do not trust Claim-Justice because you will lose money again 💯. They cannot get your money back 💯. Find a company with no win no fee but not Claim-Justice

If the first thing you have to sign after deciding to use Claim Justice is a legal document stating that you will not make any claims to your credit card company for any refunds and the 2nd thing is a contract that states if you post any negative reviews about the company online amounting to slander then you are subject to legal action; then you should run, not walk away from hiring Claim Justice to retrieve your money. I'm sorry my son and I trusted and believed what was presented to us during our initial conversation. Do not sign up for this service and expect anything worthwhile.

I have had several case managers who have not achieved anything as yet and has been about 18 months. Irakli agrees to call then either doesn’t bother or calls in the middle of the night (twice I had a call 1 or 2 in the morning).
I asked for the contact details for complaints as there has been no communication but he did not respond.

I paid USD20,000 to hire Claim Justice LTD to help me recovering the money has been scammed in the cryptocurrency market. In the past six months, Claim Justice LTD has changed three case managers for me, namely Gizo Uzarashvili, Elene Kapanadze, and Anano Lorchoshvili.
I sent many emails to the last manager Anano in the past two months, however, she didn’t reply to me. It has been almost seven months, they didn’t recover any money to me so far. I’m very disappointed about this company.

My experience with Claim Justice is negative. I paid them like 500 dollars, and all what they do, is to provide you with a blockchain forensic file so that you can handle this file out to the police for them to investigate, and get the scammer KYC . It has been like a quite long year, and nothing has happened. No positive results so far. I had not recovered any money back from the scammers with claim justice. Not happy with them. There is definetely no guarantee you will get your money back with them. They are just another scammer company interested in getting your money for nothing.

I had a brief contact with Claim Justice after being scammed. They are honest and open. Give advice and say my case was too small for them. The advice was to contact authorities and not go with the companies that put pressure and ask big amounts in advance.
Told me I could reach them any time for questions.
