I’m writing this review about my case manager that I have now named Megi Beridze . I’ve have had at least 6 case managers in my 2 years involved with Claims Justice and to be completely honest a couple have been pretty good, but it was short lived. I have been extremely stressed out because of what I was told compared to what actually got done. Now that I have Megi she has been so awesome and I love working with her. I’m not familiar with how all this process works to retrieve my money that I was scammed out of, but Megi has been there and helped fill out the forms that needed for me to do. I have never filed a complaint with the FBI are any other scam recovery entity other than my little local Sheriff Department so I did not know if I was doing it correctly, so Megi set up a zoom call with me and helped me with the entire process. She was absolutely amazing and very patient with me a non tech guy. I hope and pray that she stays my CM until this process of recovery my money is complete. I’m not knocking the company as a whole I was just told things in the beginning that wasn’t completely true and the process. I look forward to working with Claims Justice and Megi through the rest of the process. This 5 star as of right now as I’m typing this goes to Megi for being so patient with me and truly concerned about what the objective is here. The non tech guy. Thank You DP

I have been kept up-to-date on daily basis regarding the on-going investigation. I have been very pleased with the results from PNC Bank. However, I am wondering what the status is of the people that scammed me and if it's possible they will be brought to justice and my money returned.
Thank you for assisting me and hopefully the culprits will be tracked down before they scam someone else. So far, no news as to what is happening regarding the scammers.

My case manager is Elene Kapanadze. She is very polite and care for my financial loss. She is in constant communication with me updating me the progress of my case. I've been working with her since December 17, 2023 and everything is going on smoothly. My case will be reassigned to a new case manager or investigator. I will miss her good work ethics.

She communicates very effectively, and calls me when she says she’s gonna call me unlike some of the other Cees managers in the past.

Scam period. I’ve been with claim justice and all they do is write letters for fake emails. They wanted me to send a letter to a fake email of my bank to dispute it and other companies associated with my case but they were all fake emails? My case worker was always sick. They won’t refund you. They basically stole 4,500 from me. Please don’t fall for this company as you will be scammed. If you lost your money due to scam it’s sad to say but you will never get it back. I got scammed on top of being scammed by this company. I hope this is useful to any of you people. Note they will lie to you as they’ve lied to me beware!

The strategy and communication methods that my case manager Nikoloz Pkhaladze provided by far are very encouraging! Even though my case is still ongoing but I feel warm and confident!
