My case Manager was Elene Kapanadze. Although no money has been recovered yet, Elene has been helpful and provided good support. I was sorry to hear she has been reassigned.

I first made contact with them on January 22nd. After the initial zoom conference with Zelda, I was assigned to Ako as my case manager. He gave me updates, as often as daily. They came up with a lot of information to give to the police, but on June 24th their website was seized by the FBI in the US for FRAUD. They now have restarted as Assetrace.

All of my case managers have been very helpful and very patient with me especially not knowing too much with computers.
I was scammed by a person whom I got to become a friend with and thinking it was all real but it was not!

My New Case Manager for the last month is Nikoloz Pkhaladze. After many case Managers Nikoloz has paid attention to my case.He reaches out to me without me trying to get a hold of him .We are both waiting at this point for my investigator in USA with criminal complaint .

I hired Claim Justice 18 months ago. I have not received any refund on the money I lost to the scam I fell victim to. Claim Justice promised to recover my funds within 3-4 months. Nothing has happened and we are not even close to any type of resolution. As more time passes, communication gets worse and worse with them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CLAIM JUSTICE. JUST ANOTHER COMPANY WILLING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO RESULTS.

The company is always on top.
They are calling me weekly.
