Having not been to the dentist is way too long, and being very nervous of the process, Rik was patient and explained everything clearly.
He made an initial assesment of set out a clear and affordable treatment plan.
In the chair; I always felt that I was in safe hands and each process was explained rather than having someone root around in my mouth.
I'm super happy with Rik and his team and whilst it's a 45min drive for me, it's one i'll continue to make!

Exceptional dental care at Clarence Dental Practice! The staff are helpful and welcoming. Dr. Rikesh delivered outstanding dental treatment. He was very gentle and took time to explain the process. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re simply the best! The clinic also offers a high-class environment equipped with the latest technology.

If you’re like me, and have always been nervous and put off with going to the dentist. Then I couldn’t recommend Clarence dental practise enough… I actually travel from the other side of London just to come here. That’s how much they make me feel at ease. It’s a very stress free and calming experience, for a dentist appointment!!! The waiting room is homely, and the staff are so nice and welcoming. I would 100% recommend!! :-)

I can’t speak highly enough of Ric at the Clarence dental practice, the treatment I have received has been second to none and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The staff are all kind and helpful, highly recommend.

We relocated to Edinburgh in December though we continue to stay with Clarence Dental Practice. I needed urgent treatment on 2 occasions and it was marvellous the way in which Rik and the Practice/Reception accommodated us. Needless to say the subsequent attention and treatment was a 10/10. Clarence Dental Practice has everything you could ask for from a dentist. Pleasant staff and Rik the Dentist is amazing as he also helps you to use preventative measures to prolong and protect your teeth and gums.

Gentle manner, detailed review of symptomology. Dr Rik is patient and reviews previous treatments in detail. I have visited several dentists over the years and I feel that Dr Rik is one of the most honest and professional dentists around. I highly recommend his practice.

Clarence Dental Practice is THE best dental practice I have had the pleasure to visit!!!

My previous dental practice was all I knew so did not have anything to compare to. I was recommended Clarence Dental Practice by a friend. I booked my appointment and from the moment I walked in I was treated like I was a member of their family. The enthusiastic and friendly greeting at reception to then be shown into the clean, modern and comfortable waiting area. Prior to the appointment I was sent the registration forms as an option to complete before arrival to save time. This is a small touch but made the experience better so I did not have to spend time on a clip board. However, the real advantage was that Dr Patel had already reviewed by information and was able to spend the time on my appointment examining my mouth.

The actual appointment was the most thorough examination I have ever had. Dr Patel spent time looking at every aspect of my teeth and general mouth health, utilizing modern technology and then spent time explaining and showing me he assessment conclusions.

Dr Patel's knowledge and experience was really evident to the extent that it made me seriously question my previous Dental Practice, from the view that they were never that thorough and not that detailed in explaining the assessment to me.

I had a follow-on appointment with the hygienist and again, the appointment was so thorough I came out with the feeling of having new teeth. The hygienist took the time to use a model of teeth and explain exactly how I should brush and then took the time to find me the correct type of flossing brushes.

I have never really taken the health of my mouth seriously save from investing in an electric toothbrush and using mouth wash. After visiting Clarence Dental Practice I have found an enthusiasm and desire to do more to improve my mouth health. They are not just dental practitioners they are teachers who inspire you to do much better with the hygiene and health of your mouth.

My advice to anyone reading this is to give Dr Patel and his team a try, I am absolutely confident that once you have this 5+++ service you will not go to any other Dental Practice.

Simply the best.

I have seen Rikesh for 20 years and he has never stopped pushing the boundaries of the absolute best in clinical excellence and quality customer care.

The clinic has been thoroughly revamped and is absolutely stunning, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the Hygienist very thorough and diligent.

I have had 6 teeth treated and every one is in tip-top condition now and you can’t tell I’ve had anything done visibly.

Keep it up Rikesh and team - wish you every success, you deserve it!

All the staff work together and are a very kind and professional team. There is always a personal touch,so everyone knows you by name. I recently lost a crown in the middle of my lower front teeth. Unfortunately, the crown could not be replaced as the existing tooth was too damaged. The only option was to have a single tooth denture fitted. I was soon to go on holiday, and Rick managed to get the denture made, and fitted within a week. I am very pleased with the result, and cannot thank Rick, and his team enough for their quick and excellent service. I have used Clarence Dental Practice for over 30 years. Since taking over in recently, Rick has improved the practice enormously, with up to date technology, and equipment. The whole team are are very caring, and I would not hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone, whatever their dental needs are.
