Completed several months of teeth alignment , so pleased with the result can’t recommend Eduardo and Ana enough . Wish I had the treatment years ago - couldn’t be happier .
So friendly , professional and informative throughout the process , visiting the dentist has been a pleasure not a pain ! Even had a tooth extraction in the process that was without any stress or pain. If you’re thinking of any cosmetic alignment, look no further . Great service from all the staff

As soon as you walk into Smileworks Clinic, you are greeted by James on reception, who immediately makes you feel welcome. He is always so friendly, approachable, and professional, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere from the moment you arrive. He goes out of his way to make you feel at ease and always offers a tea or coffee, which is such a lovely touch. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always greets you with a genuine smile.

The same level of professionalism and care continues throughout the rest of the team, making the whole experience feel seamless and reassuring. James really makes a difference and is a true credit to the clinic.

I have just finished my braces treatment with Eduardo and Ana. I would highly recommend them. They were professional, efficient and very knowledgable and made a real effort to put me at ease. The assistants and staff were all so friendly as well. The results are brilliant and I am really pleased. Thank you so much!

I went to SmileWorks in August 2025 to replace my broken orthodontic retainer. When it was sent to me it was too tight and had residue from the mould stuck in it. I went back and had it remade, and had a new retainer sent to me. After wearing it twice, when I took it out it pulled my front composite build tooth out with it and it was stuck in the retainer. I rang really upset asking to be booked in and was booked for a few days later, and informed it would be free of charge. I came in a few days later, showed the dentist and explained, and was advised he would be charging £400 to rebuild the tooth that day. I told him I was informed there would be no charge, he was quite dismissive and reiterated that for him to fix the tooth would be £400. I asked to speak with a receptionist before I went ahead, and asked to speak to the practice manager for a complaint. I spoke to a lovely girl called Emily, who was the only positive part of this experience as she completely got where I was coming from and was really nice. I asked if I could complete treatment and write a complaint to seek a refund. Emily took my complaint and also offered removal of the emergency fee and 10% off, as well as a 0% interest monthly instalment plan, bringing the total from high £500 to £360. I went back into the dentist, had my treatment, and wasn’t happy with the outcome. I explained I wasn’t happy with the shape, it looked completely different to the way it had and so I explained what I would like to be done to be happy with it - for it to be made longer and more rounded to match the natural tooth next to it. I was told this couldn’t be done because of the shape of my surrounding teeth. I felt like I couldn’t dispute this as I was met with clinical terms i’d never heard of, and a very no-can-do response. I went home unhappy and cried after spending £360 for something I was told would be free. A few days later I rang back and explained I wasn’t happy and would like to have the tooth adjusted further. I went back in, asked for exactly the same as I did the first time round, even showed an edit I had made to help get my point across. He did it, started packing up and disposing of things, I explained it still wasn’t right and I felt so uneasy. I sat back down and he added more length and rounded the shape. I looked at it and it was a lot better than what it was, but I still was not happy, I felt I couldn’t say anything to the practitioner given I already had multiple times.

I heard back about the complaint shortly after and was informed I would not be receiving further refund because the composite that snapped off must have been too old and “due to come off”, despite having no issue before going to them. I was offered a free checkup in 6 months which would extend the warranty incase anything happens to the new composite.

I would not recommend going to this practice at all. I regret my decision everyday that I went to them instead of seeking another clinic for the repair of my tooth. Had I have known it was going to cost, I would have gone elsewhere. I am left unhappy with the look of my smile and £360 less in my bank, and I cannot bring myself to contact SmileWorks to help because of the experience I had with the practitioner. Had it have been a different practitioner, maybe things would have been different, however I was informed no one else was available and it had to be him as he did the treatment originally.

I do appreciate the reception staff and Emily for their help in my distress.

Could not thank Dr Zarmina enough! I walked into Smileworks hating my smile and left happier than ever, all thanks to Dr Zarmina. I had a bridge and composite bonding and the whole process was seamless. All the staff were so helpful and kind and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

Beautiful clinic, with lovely staff.
Nothing is too much trouble.
From the minute you book an appointment, the lovely Marnie (Treatment Coordinator) is on hand to explain everything, look at finance options if you wish and is only ever a phone call away if you have a query….. Every clinic should have a Marnie!

I’ve had aesthetic treatments from most, if not all of the practitioners in Smileworks and they are all fabulous.
They are all meticulous in their work.
If they don’t believe that a treatment is right for you they will tell you …. Not just take your money like other places!

I’ve been seeing Becca for monthly chemical peels and some laser sessions after a two year break from having a baby and breastfeeding, and I am so happy with the results!! From my first appointment with her, she took the time to assess my skin properly, explain the process clearly and tailors each treatment to what my skin actually needs at that time - stronger or less potent.
My skin has become noticeably smoother, brighter and more even, and I’ve had so many compliments on the glow. I am 38 and my skin has NEVER looked better.
I always feel completely comfortable with her and confident that she uses the right products and techniques for me at that moment in time.
Becca is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in seeing results for me (and her other clients) and I cant wait for my platinum facial next week!

Becca has been doing my facials for over a year now and always looks after my skin. Her facials are amazing, I get dermaplane and a chemical peel every 4 weeks, which leaves my skin looking amazing. Becca is really professional and I highly recommend Becca for any face/ skin care treatments at smileworks.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Smilework due to unclear and inconsistent pricing.
Before my treatment, the dentist explained one price to me. However, when I went to reception to pay, I was charged a different and higher amount, including charges for two treatments, which were not clearly explained or agreed beforehand.
I was also charged £180 for a “scan”. To my understanding, no scan was carried out. The dentist only took a few photographs, which appeared to be for internal records and were not explained as a separate, chargeable procedure before treatment.
None of these additional costs were made clear in advance, and I only became aware of them at the point of payment. I believe patients should be given transparent, consistent pricing before any treatment is carried out.
Because of this experience, I won’t be returning and would strongly advise others to ask for a written breakdown of all costs before proceeding.

on 4th dec went to smileworks for micro needling and some work on my retainers. Leah was AMAZING - took so much time to answer all my concerns and did an amazing pain free job. Kayleigh was next - again just wonderful and gave my wonderful
new smile a freshen up. THEN there’s Marnie Rache and Jay who are just the best - ALWAYS - the minute you walk in you feel

Finished my braces journey with Dr Eduardo and couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend. The whole experience has been positive and truly life changing. He has listened to my concerns, reassured me where needed and took the time to explain the process throughout. Focusing on functionality aswell as appearance I’m so happy with the result and how I can eat and speak better while my teeth look straight and inline.

Have been here a few times and every time the staff are amazing, warm and welcoming. I often see Emma for general check up and hygienist appointments and she makes sure I feel comfortable. I recently had a few appointments with Eduardo who always welcomes me with a smile and is great to chat to. He has done great with organising my aligners and future appointments.
