As usual he arrived on time. We thought he was just going to give us a quote, but he was able to fit us in there and then between jobs to carry out the work.
We now have a stop tap in a much easier location in case of an emergency and
everywhere was left clean and tidy....perfect job!

Rob always provides great service and at an acceptable price level. Rob first helped us out with a problematic boiler during a very cold winter spell. He went the extra mile to get us back up & running. Subsequently we employed Clarity to install a new boiler & tank the following Summer. Great job including some concrete work to support new bunded tank. Recently Rob came back to perform the annual service with his new colleague. Boiler has been running well & without issues since the installation. We would have no hesitation in recommending Clarity to anyone and have already done so.

Rob's been out for a few jobs now after our previous plumber let us down - servicing the oil boiler (it's never been so sparkly), replacing an old broken toilet, fixing a leaky sink and most recently replacing a dead shower and installing a new stoptap. He always turns up when he says he will, does a lovely neat job, tidies up perfectly and only requires regular infusions of black coffee to keep him going. He even dealt with a toilet that was broken in the box when we unpacked it and a shower that would not disconnect so he got a good soaking - and he didn't complain once (and he came back so that was good) The only downside is he's really busy so if it's not urgent you will have to wait!

Rob went out of his way to sort out my plumbing problem. I cannot thank him enough and would recommend him anytime

Exactly what I wanted from a professional tradesman , showed up on time , delivered exactly as quoted for, great value, did a great tidy job, offered legislative advice , cleaned up after himself .
