Our heating oil tank developed a leak. Rob arrived within a matter of hours and performed an emergency clean up which included pumping the remaining oil (about 800 litres) into storage cans (Jerry cans) and making the necessary adjustments to our central heating boiler. He then organised & carried out the delivery and installation of a brand new 'bunded' tank. The job was completed earlier today. All work has been completed to the very highest standard and we are really happy with the outcome. Rob kept us updated throughout the entire process. He and his colleague (also named Rob !!) have done a fantastic job and we really appreciate their efforts. They also happen to be 2 of the nicest blokes you could ever wish to meet. I genuinely cannot recommend Clarity highly enough. If I could give 6 stars I would!! Thanks so much Rob & Rob

Rob and Rob are two genuinely nice people who work hard and take pride in what they do, I couldn’t recommend them enough.

We spoke with Rob at the start of the year when he came around and explained what he needed to do to fit a vanity unit and replace a basin.

Rob said at the time he already had a significant amount of work booked in but we were happy to wait.

They arrived early in the day as planned and started getting to work, they kept the place clean as they went along and explained options to us to make sure everything was the way we wanted it.

Can’t thank them both enough, if you need a plumber you can certainly trust Rob and Rob.
