Clark & Rose (Removals) Limited Opiniões

We had a fantastic service from Alan and Robbie on the day of the move, they loaded up everything with care and speed so we could move swiftly into our new property. They were very helpful in placing our items in the new property and helping us get settled in. All interactions with Clark & Rose were great and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Lynn was great, good communication all round, easy process start to finish!

I could use countless words to describe the quality of the service.

From the point of first contact through to quotation, booking and the day of the move, Clark & Rose has provided an excellent, professional and polite service to plan and execute a move. Every party involved was thorough, knowledgeable, clear and a pleasure to deal with. I especially appreciated the guidance, flexibility and approach taken when the severe wintry weather descended upon the North East and affected the initial plan. The main event, the move, was executed extremely well, efficient but with care. It was a joy to have the team in the house pack, load and unload my possessions. Many thanks and thoroughly recommend the team at Clark & Rose.

Process was very well informed and efficient. Very satisfied overall

The delivery went great! The guys showed up on-time, we super easy to deal with, and didn't complain about the sheer number of boxes and large items they had to move. Admin we similarly incredibly easy to deal with. Responses from the front office were prompt and to-the-point. Would recommend Clark & Rose to anyone moving home.

It was a very stressful day with a delayed exchange but your guys were absolute stars

Amazing crew! Braved the bad weather and the snow and completed their task with a smile on their faces. Can’t fault them in any way possible.

We used Clark & Rose for our international move from Glasgow to the USA and couldn't be happier with the service.

The removal team, led by Alan and including Colin, Gary, Jay, Sam, and Robbie, were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, prompt, and handled all of our belongings with great care. Communication throughout was excellent—we always knew what was happening and when.

A special thank you to Emily and Vicki at head office, who were extremely helpful in coordinating everything and answering our many questions.

We would highly recommend Clark & Rose to anyone planning an international move!

Our experience with Clarke and Rose was excellent. The move day all went to plan and the team were courteous and professional in every way. We would highly recommend everyone at the Biggleswade location including the helpful office staff. Thank you!

The staff are great. We were kept up to date by them when our belongings arrived in the UK, arranging delivery and the guys who brought our U-Haul box to our storage unit were excellent. Very helpful right from informing us of their arrival, to unloading and helping us put our boxes in the storage unit in a certain order for access at a later date.
Would definitely recommend Clark & Rose. Excellent removal company with excellent employees.
Thank you Clark & Rose for everything you did for us and delivering our belongings in such a thoughtful and caring way.

pleasant & hardworking operatives - all went to time with any explanations given to us as necessary.
Stephen & Lewis worked as an ideal team. No problems insofar as we are concerned.

My family and I used Clark and Rose for a recent move and Joe, Will and Jay were absolutely superb, nothing was too much trouble. Joe arrived before the lorry turned up and immediately put us at ease. Buying a house has been a very stressful 6 months...the only part that wasn't was the move by Clark and Rose.

2 weeks ago we used Clark & Rose to move us. Brandon, his team, Joe, Tyler and Oliver were just brilliant (Thanks chaps!) They worked incredibly hard from start to finish over 3 days and treated our home(s) and belongings with the utmost care and respect. They were professional, punctual, polite, friendly and certainly went the extra mile to deliver exemplary customer service. Thank you very much! Highly recommend this company for your house move.

We had a need to get a 40' container delivered from the port and to the highland of Scotland, and positioned in a spot where space was a challenge/limited. Clark & Rose took the challenge and sorted it, big thanks.
Lynn kept me in the hole logistic challenge updated as I was located '1000 miles' away. Clark & Rose kept 'focus on the ball' and opportunities :-) Greatly appreciated.

A great team - removals always quite challenging but all the staff at Clark and Rose so helpful and supportive throughout the process,. Couldn't ask for better and highly recommend.

We were nervous movers as we hadn’t moved for 22 years, but we needn’t have worried as Clark and Rose made the move very easy for us.
Everything was explained in great detail by their representative who answered all our questions and sent us a detailed quotation .
We were contacted a few days before the move to confirm the moving date and discuss the details of the move.
On the day, the team arrived on time and were friendly, efficient and calm. They worked non stop for the four days of the move, nothing was too much trouble and everything was carefully wrapped and packed into their impressive removal vans.
We were very pleased we chose Clark & Rose and would like to thank the removal team for an excellent job .

the team were friendly and 'can do'.
they thought before action and were efficient.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family

Lynn and Luke were our contacts at this company and they were both outstanding. Excellent communication and service throughout. Very professional organisation that exceeded our expectations for the final leg of an international move.

Over the past 27 years, I have moved 14 times to and from various parts of the world but I can safely report that this move has been the most memorable. From initial contact through to final shipping, the Clark and Rose team has performed in a consistent professional manner that has reduced stress and resulted in an almost pleasurable experience! The entire team went to great lengths throughout the period to explain the process and sequence of packing and resolve any requests or queries that we had.
Moving home is listed as the third factor of stress in major life events, behind death of a loved one and divorce. However this, hopefully our final move, must be listed as one of our least stressful life events.
Should any of our family and friends be moving home in the future, we would have no hesitation in recommending Clark and Rose as their first point of contact.

Very efficient delivery
