Doesn't even deserve one star.
I places an order in December to receive for January for my daughters 1st birthday. Now in July and still not arrived. Emailed them in numerous occasions to get told the item is on its way. Emailed them 4 times on the final email I haven't received any reply and thst was sent 2 weeks ago.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE!!!

I placed an order in April and now it July and have not gotten my order. I received a response once and then no one is responding. Now when I attempted to email them it says the email address doesn't exist. I wish I could sue them and make them see that running this scam will only leave them bankrupt. I just as everyone else work hard for my money and the items I ordered was for my grandson. It pains me to know that I am out of my money and he won't get the items I ordered for him.

I contacted the company three times for my my order placed on March 8th 18- It is now July. The first time in May, i received a response saying they were sending my order out again and gave me a link for track. There has not been a single update on the "tracking" since May 10th. My second email received no reply. I made a third attempt to contacr the company for a refund and if left unanswered I will dispute the charges with my card company. It seems like a big scam.

I am disgusted with this site. That have taken my money and my daughter's money and we have received nothing. That is theft

Seems they're notorious for not delivering. I'm guessing it's a scheme.. I ordered from them in January and still haven't received my order. Won't do that again.

They answered my email once and said they would resend the order!
So after thinking that they were working with me, I felt reassured that I would get my order. Now they won't respond to any of my email saying I have not received the order they resent

HUGE SCAM!!! Placed an order and never received it 2 months later. Was told another order would be sent out cause that was lost. When I replied that I wanted a refund instead my email was rejected.

scam ordered a chair and a pillow never came paid delivery and every time i email them they say it’s on the way be patient iv been waiting 4 months !!!

SHOCKING SHOCKING !!!! to dupe people like this , I ordered 2 of these chairs and have heard nothing , they said they had resent my order after I complained but still nothing ,I've sent numerous emails asking for a refund and still nothing .
They don't even deserve the one star but unfortunately there is no ZERO .

Really wish i could rate this zero stars and I really wish I read the reviews first. Defiantly a scam! I ordered a year ago and the said they would send me a replacement I never got anything or a refund.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I ordered the elephant pillow on March 1st, 2018. After being jerked around for the last 5 months, they've stopped responding. Long story short, I waited two months and contacted them and said the package never came. They responded promptly only to tell me that it may take additional time with "high traffic of orders coming in". I thanked them and waited another month and nothing. Told them to refund my money because I never received my package. They responded and told me they were sending a second order since the first one didn't make it. Now, 5 months later, I've emailed them 13 times and the last two messages were ordering them to refund my money...no response. Do not, PLEASE...DO NOT waste your time with this company. Nothing but a scam. Not sure what can be done. They have an F rating with the BBB. And a big fat F from me as well. Scam. Liars.

Placed 2 separate orders in March 2018. Today is June 25th 2018 and I still have received nothing. I've requested a refund several times with no response. They basically are stealing people's money.

Order stuff on 02/21/2018, I have yet to receive my items. I have sent multiple emails asking where my plush elephant chairs where at first they responded, after about 2 months I started asking for a refund after that I didn't receive any more emails from them. I have sent about 15 emails over the past 4 months.

One star is one star too many. Ordered the plush chair for my granddaughter. Never arrived. They "reordered" this and guess what....that hasn't arrived either. Wish I'd read reviews first.

Ordered things back in November have never received any of the items I ordered.

Wish I read the reviews first as now I have been scammed I know it was only £6 but still not the point that was my money and I really loved the item I was meant to receive. It's been 5 months since u placed the initial order and 3 months since they said they had resent it .

Reading all of these reviews is EXACTLY what I've been through and been told by the company. There has to be a way to report them so they cant continue to rip people off?!?!?
