RIP OFF ! SCAM! CON!
do not use - I'm seeking legal advice. taken payment and nothing arrived

As many others have said I have been waiting for my order for 3 months and sent many emails and still nothing. I DO NOT recommend and hope some one can get something done about this.

I ordered two orders back in the end of April and first of may. I have yet to get anything but a response from them after I emailed them. They said the same thing I've been reading from above. Very upsetting.

This company is a ripoff!! The other reviews says it all and it's all true. They take your money and send you nothing and always an excuse each time you contact them. Please avoid!!!

I ordered an item in July 2017, they charged my card, and it never arrived. I didn't remember about this order until February, when I contacted them. They said they shipped out a new order and that it was estimated to be delivered in 15-25 business days. No order was delivered in 15-25 days. I emailed them in May and they said "Our promotional free items are sent with Standard Shipping therefore tracking information is available within China only, after the package is sent to the destination country the tracking information can no longer be updated by China Post in the destination country however the package is on its way and will be delivered by the local post office."

It's June now, almost a year since I've made the original order and I still have not received anything.

I placed an order with this bunch over 3 months ago and I'm STILL waiting for it. After 6 weeks of not receiving item, I emailed them with my concerns. They reply and say they will send another one. A few weeks later I email asking for tracking number. They give me one. I track it a few days later (directly from email) to see it apparently traveled around China for 4 days straight then nothing. A month later, still in same place in China. Then I go to their web site using tracking number. Comes back saying can't find item. Took screen shots of both tracking places and emailed Classy Ella and have not got any response. They need to change their name to CLASSY RIPOFFS. Not happy Jan!

I have been in touch with classy Ella numerous times about a peek a boo elephant that I paid shipping for on 3/4/18... Never received. They supposedly sent out another item in May. I still have not received anything. I filed a complaint with BBB today and I am going to take this to a class action attorney if I dont not resolve this matter.

another victim of this scam. Normally I look these things up so suppose its my fault that I didn't this time. Ordered March now June with nothing, just told another has been sent but no tracking. Have asked for money back numerous times and informed my bank but cant get non sterling fee back. Cant believe they are still getting people`s money, con artists.

I ordered from here in December. Now June and nothing. I emailed and emailed and they sent out my order twice more, but whenever I said I didn’t want my order I want refund they just said they’re sending another order, never replied about a refund. Still haven’t received anything but I contacted my bank and they refunded me the money. Do not buy from here it is a SCAM

Ordered two separate orders same day was given tracking info to only find it only says China.. then doesn't track any further 4 months later still nothing emailed them they said they will send another over a month later still nothing! So mad they took over $40.00

I ordered 2 months ago, never received anything. I have emailed multiple times and get no response, but I get TONS of emails from them asking me to buy more stuff.

DO NOT BUY. I am turning off my card because I am nervous that will hit me with charges down the road and I am reporting them to my bank.

I wouldn't even give one star. I ordered two items at the same time for them for my granddaughter's birthday never got her email and they said they would send the new one never got those either and now they don't answer emails. It is a rip-off I wished I had read the reviews first. Now my granddaughter did not give her birthday presents I am out the money

I order the plushe chairs in February emialed 4 times still no order . This is a big scam do not order from them .

I ordered the elephant mirrors nine weeks ago and haven’t received them yet but they sure took my payment out. I have emailed numerous times and they answered me one time stating they had sent out another set but I haven’t received them and now they aren’t emailing me back. Would not recommend buying anything from this company!!

Scam! Placed an order in February. It’s June and still haven’t received anything. Asked for a refund and they have gone radio silent.

I ordered first of December 2017!!!! Received nothing. Told order was lost sent new order supposedly but now it’s june 2018 nothing still. They are a scam and have reported along several people to BBB! Please report if you have ordered.

I ordered an elephant baby chair for my partner's little sister, on February 2nd. It's june 4th and I haven't received it. I've emailed and been ignored. I tried to check my order on their order status option by entering my email and order number ... nothing came up. I thought perhaps I got my order number wrong, so i sent the option 'track with just your email'. This sent my order number to my email, the exact same one as I used and it still didn't work it loaded and left a blank page...

It's a scam. I'm so disappointed I love elephants and I have a huge collection at home, I was excited to buy from this store especially becuase i follow their Instagram and they seemed legit but I will never again. I was charged for an item they never delivered I looked online and turns out they've done this to loads of other people. It's disgusting. DON'T ORDER FROM CLASSYELLA.

4 months ago I ordered my best friends son a plush elephant chair. 2 months later I complained to them. They said they'll send a new one for free. 4 months later they have been ignoring all emails from me. DO NOT ORDER FROM CLASSY ELLA! ! I can promise you that you will not receive your product! I've never had such a terrible experience ordering anything and I've ordered from shady companies many times.

I did not receive any of my items and when I contacted customer support they said my items were on the way. Well two weeks later I got nothing and customer support won't even reply.

I didn't receive both of my orders.. they said it was shipped on April 3rd and April 4th and it is June 2nd. Don't order from here cuz you won't get your orders or money back...
