I've been using ClawHosters for the last month or so. The performance has been solid. The support has been amazing. I ran into an issue integrating my GLM 5.1. Daniel was really quick to get on it, gave me a very detailed explanation, fixed it in a few hours, and it's a great experience overall. Overall, great customer experience.

I evaluated a few different providers for our academic bootcamp teaching OpenClaw, Arca.ph, and ClawHosters came out as the best fit.

The service allows us to spin up instances quickly, attach them to OpenAI OAuth (this was the most important feature), see the file system, and make tweaks without ssh-ing into the box. You are allowed to ssh into the box, but it voids your support tickets, which I think is fair.

The OpenClaws themselves have the ability to edit the file system, which is important.

Daniel is very quick with support tickets and very thorough.

It's a great product.

The only limitation is that the VPS only exposes port 3000. You can't expose any other ports to the internet.

Given the age of this service (measured in weeks!) I think that it is a credit to the founder, and the tools that they have available, as to the quality of the service.
There have been a couple of hiccups, but the support has been excellent and I am really happy with what I am getting.

I have tried 2 hosting providers, switched to ClawHosters for about 1 close to 2 months now. When my server breaks or when I screw up my config changes, support replied me even at night or during holidays. They also let me know when they're away from the PC, not just letting me wait and wonder, overall I'm happy with this hosting service

I recently started using a hosted OpenClaw service from Clawhosters to create a personal assistant, and I couldn’t be more impressed.

I was up and running within minutes, with a fully functional agent that I can communicate with via Slack and Telegram (with other channels available too). The assistant handles reminders, daily summaries, weather updates, and more - it’s already become a valuable part of my routine.

What really stood out was the support. I needed help with something, and even on a bank holiday, my issue was resolved within a couple of hours. That level of responsiveness is rare and genuinely appreciated.

The service went down one time. The owner got it back up and running very quickly again. It comes across as a very trustworthy company, but it's a one man show as of 2026-02-25
