I had a few delivery issues with the courier and when Cleanako proactively followed up with me because they could tell I hadn't received the product yet, I told them what was happening and they reached out to the courier to find out what happened and then arranged to have a new product shipped to me.

Firstly, that it's a legitimate online company is a good start. Order was quickly expedited and then the item was as described. What more can I say?

Ordered the toilet brush, wanted something small and neat to go in new bathroom. The old brush was on a bulky holder and the bristle brush, although effective didn’t seem particularly hygiene. The cleaco silicone brush is just as good at cleaning but doesn’t drip at all or catch toilet paper either so much cleaner

Great Product! It really does its job. Flexible, cleans well everywhere. I put bleach directly on it, super clean! No more horrible useless round brushes. Not able to clean in the hiding bits under the rim of the toilet like this one. I really recommend it.

The customer service was great but I ended up being dissatisfied with the product. It is not abrasive enough to remove everyday stains in the toilet. It requires a maximum amount of effort to get a clean looking bowl.
