I love cleanifique, such reliable service, used them on multiple occasions - good cleaners, on one occasion when cleaning was not up to the standard was offered a partial refund. customer service is great, and nice friendly cleaners.
Used Cleanifiq recently, and it made finding a good cleaner so easy! I could check out different cleaners, see prices, and read reviews all in one spot, which saved me a ton of time. Booking was super simple, and the cleaner I picked did an amazing job. Honestly, if you're looking for a stress-free way to find reliable cleaning, I’d totally recommend giving it a try!

We use cleanifiq to get clients and i can't recommend it enough. Everything is straightforward for cleaners and customers too , it means no confusions for both sides everyone will know what involved in the clean.
Massive plus is Cleanifiq is fair to everyone as in case there is a dispute in payment or service they will fully investigate on both sides.

I booked through cleanifiq for an after builders cleaning. I was worries to pay everything upfront and price seemed lower than anyone else would quote for the job and was scared this might be a scam. I booked and paid through Klarna, got 999 Cleaners and guys, this is just amazing. Great quality and good price

We needed the floors and walls of our outside close cleaned. We got in touch with Cleanifiq and they advised us that although they didn't provide that service they could recommend a company who who could. The company ready to clean came and inspected and said they could clean for 250 pounds. A lot of money but with 3 floors stairs, walls and some cielings we decided to go for it. Sadly this company ready to clean's standards were really poor and they asked for cash and when I queried their work, they became threatening. I could tell the situation would escalate and there being only me against three of them (2 men and a woman ), I gave them the money. I got back in touch with Cleanifiq and he said there was absolutely nothing he could do. I feel like we were swindled in a way.
The reply below is just an attempt to deflect from the query which is simply that the standard of the work was bad. The negotiations needed in order to carry out the work are not what is relevant here. The fact is cleanifiq recommended a company who turned out to be little more than chancers. The work was not completed to a good standard and when queried absolutely nothing was done about it. Do not trust the professionalism of this company. There are plenty of other companies to choose from.

We’re disappointed to see that after our initial reply explaining the situation, you’ve changed your review from 2 stars to 1 star. It’s unfortunate to be punished for trying to help when we weren’t the ones who provided the cleaning service.
To clarify:
You initially contacted us requesting a pressure washing service. While we didn’t have any providers in your area for that specific service, you asked for help, so we reached out to our network. A recommended pressure washer visited your premises and quoted you £400 to wash the walls, pressure wash the floors, and, as a bonus, pressure wash the walkway. You declined the offer and contacted us again, stating that you had a budget of £250 and asked us to help further.
In our continued effort to support the community, we reached out again, and Nicoleta from Ready to Clean kindly offered to assist. Before Nicoleta even visited your property, we clearly advised you:
"If a cleaner can 'sweep' the dust off the walls and ceiling, and then just hoover and mop the floors, that shouldn't be a big job and it should fit within the £250 budget."
On the day of the cleaning, after three cleaners spent a cumulative 10 hours working on your close, you then insisted that the walls needed to be washed and the floors deep cleaned. This was quite the change in expectation from your initial agreement.
Nicole, who had taken the job called us advising you were refusing to pay for the work.
You called us and mentioned you were not happy with the service and after we mentioned to you that according to our records and conversation the scope of the work was not to wash the walls and deep clean the floors.
After this, you finally agreed to pay the cleaners in cash. Yet, you still went online and left a negative review for Nicole and Ready to Clean, only to then contact us again to suggest that a refund would be nice, as companies like ours could “afford it.”
It’s disheartening to see this from a public figure who stars in films about the struggles of single mothers, only to turn around and create those same struggles for a mother like Nicole.
This situation speaks volumes about the lack of regard for the people who work hard to make a living. We stand by the cleaners who put in the hours to meet the agreement and believe that they, like anyone else, deserve respect and fair treatment.

What can I say, from speaking to Vlademir to book appointment and ask questions etc, he was so informative and personable, he answered all my questions and more. He also called me the day before my booking as I was concerned the job was too much for 1 person. He asked if Sylvia could bring a colleague which I said of course. On the day, arrival was accurate and Sylvia and her colleague were very pleasant. They did an absolutely fantastic job deep cleaning my mother in laws house. Just amazing would recommend to anyone.
