I bought two tickets for an experience visit at Howlett’s Zoo. The website was easy to follow, but I had a glitch due to my poor internet connection and my bank details didn’t register, so I started again. While doing that the first purchase went through..so I found I’d bought two sets of tickets.
I immediately contacted the company, the Bot couldn’t help but I phoned the helpline and the response from Joe Shearman was speedy and very helpful, he kept me informed and the cost of one set of tickets was refunded without further question… The system ran smoothly as a good customer relations setup should do.
I have one small grumble which doesn’t detract from my 5* review of the company..I bought the ticket cancellation insurance because the Zoo Experience tickets are expensive, and I think it VERY pricy (almost four times the price) compared with other ticket cancellation insurances that I’ve sometimes taken in the past for theatre tickets bought from other sources.

Excellent customer service. Genuine mistake made with a booking and customer service agent was very understanding and waived the amendment fee which was very kind and appreciated. Great prices as always!

I booked tickets for the faulty towers dining experience and then realised I'd booked wrong dates for September event. I was expecting to have issues and to be spending ages waiting for phone to be answered. I was very wrong; the telephone was answered promptly and the staff member was extremely helpful. I managed to get dates changed with no issues. This is my first time using Love to Visit and will certainly use again.

I used Love to Visit yesterday to book tickets for the circus in Swaffham, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

The total cost was less than a third of the list price on the official website, which initially made me a little cautious as I hadn’t used the site before. However, after reading reviews on Trustpilot, I decided to give it a go - and I’m very glad I did.

Everything worked exactly as described, and we ended up with three of the best seats in the house for a fraction of the usual price. The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free.

I’ve noticed that some of the negative reviews mention issues with changing show dates or times. I didn’t need to make any changes to my booking, so I can’t comment on that aspect. From my experience, though, everything went perfectly.

I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely use Love to Visit again.

Had a great day out at Park Hall Country Park with plenty of activities to do. Our 15 month old grandson had a really lovely time meeting the newborn lambs, seeing the rabbits, watching the pig racing, driving round the park on the tractor ride and playing on both the outside play park and the indoor soft play. So much to do for all ages, highly recommend

Love to visit is an amazing website where I’ve bagged incredible discounts on days out. My favourites have been The Beatles Story, Port Lympne and the Moco Museum. I’ve saved so much. Thank you!!

We have enjoyed 2 family days out with Love to Visit so far. Both days have been super fun, easy to book through the L2V website, saved us money, and the vouchers were accepted with no issues by both establishments! Great all around :)

Excellent customer service.
I booked day tickets instead of annual pass and requested for a cancellation and refund; using their ‘contact us’ form.
I tried to ring them however it was past their working hours. 9am next working day, my tickets were cancelled and full refund issued by Vinny. No questions asked and no faff. Absolutely brilliant understanding and support.

This company is very good had variety of services which include customer help and facilities and lot more so I booked in for the first time to the circus it’s lovely it’s cheap and worth the price so definitely recommend this app , don’t trust other saying this is scam or whatever because it’s not
