I had to cancel the contract I'd entered into because I found out from a competitor I could purchase a stand alone terminal and not rent one. It was within the 14 day cooling off period and it was handled professionally and kindly.
Their customer service is always good, but I've only given 4* because they could have been honest and told me I didn't need to be tied into a contract. I've saved £120 per month.

So we received a call from ClearAccept and Nathan has the job of giving us the bad news that a Charge back has been made against us for £6,500 ! as the Client claims the good were not received.
We already had the Police pay a visit to the Clients location as the Client had already tried to state that the items were not delivered, Fedex could prove otherwise. So unlucky for the Client the Police found the goods at one of the Client's locations.
So with that information, we were able to defend our case to the Clients merchant with Clear Accepts help. Further more we just awaiting the court date to prosecute the client for Fraud !

I found achieving PCI compliance and our switch over an incredibly frustrating process. Although I found most people at ClearAccept individually helpful the mechanism for contacting the right people is unhelpful. There was much time wasted with many missed calls, restricted access to the correct team, and emails that were new tickets rather than a thread of historic contact. The one consistent, really helpful person that showed empathy, understanding and was a pleasure to deal with was Praise. She kept me sane during a challenging process that is out of my regular job remit and chocked full of unfamiliar jargon and acronyms. It was really helpful having a named contact who I could refer to. Thank you so much for your help and support Praise, We got there!

Go B2B helped the transition to the payment service smooth and seamless. The payment portal is slick and easy to use for viewing payments and allowing refunds when required. Most importantly the support queries are answered quickly and clearly making it a worry free service.

The transition to GoB2B pay was very simple. We can now process card payments live, directly within the web portal, making the customer experience very swift. The online card payments can be reviewed, again within the portal, so we are very pleased we made the move.

Nathan from clear accept dealt with the situation very professionally in a clear and easy to understand manner, to help me conclude a resolve to a situation. Extremely knowledgeable and had a clear understanding of the credit card and banking system functions allowing me to make a well judged decision based on how the banking sector work. Person thanks to Nathan, he is an asset to the company.

I had to make a refund to a customer, but the invoicing from ClearAccept didn't record this correctly nor the deduction from a future payment. Have taken this up with them, with a very brusque response initially, and only after my renewed complaint did they escalate the issue. They have promised to improve their billing in future. Otherwise it ticks over, and as I don't have many requests for refunds I won't know if they have improved.

Ok, could be better.
Too many duplicate orders where integration with Sellerdeck was rushed. This costs us more in fees :(
Invoices are a bit slap and dash and we have to chase for them.

Chris was helpful, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. We scheudled a time and he called on time and even offer further assistance on a new machine we had to install, although this wasn't on the original ticket.
