Very poor experience with this company. Was visited by a surveyor who quoted a fair price and perspective programme of two days to complete work. Arranged for a team of x3 operatives to come a few days later to clear spray foam insulation. In effect it took 5 days to clear loft as only one person on job vast majority of time. x3 men only equated to 1 day overall. Waste was bagged up and placed down side of house. 1st waste collection (50%) was collected on 2nd day. Remaining waste was placed outside. Despite constant chasing and vacant promises this waste was not collected! The loft has been cleared to a fair standard although it took much longer than expected with all the disruption this activity presents. I feel the operative(s) on the ground were not adequately resourced and I have been left with ca. 70 bags of waste outside my property which has been difficult to contain (wind blowing bags around). Company ignore vast majority of calls but when they do answer give empty promises.

Excellent job very pleased the owner Charlie came round and gave me a quote which beat the rest of them . I was a bit sceptical as it was a lot lower than the other ones I had but when the team come round they did a excellent job and I was impressed by the way they cleaned up after highly recommended.

I was extremely nervous about having anything done in the house after having a bad experience with bathroom fitter. But I needn't have worried, Nick and George arrived yesterday, before they started they explained everything they would be doing regarding foam removal.
