Avoid the hot tub covers and save yourself £80
Purchased a waterproof cover for my jacuzzi in December. Fitted it in April/May and after 3 Months of use, it already started to show signs that it would not stand the test of time. After contacting them in July with no reply, then August and got a reply about my concerns, I was told that the cover is not designed to be outside and should be under shelter. And that its 'normal' for the cover to fill with water and I should dry it off and it regains its waterproofness. Initial energy savings are short lived when you have basically wasted £80 on a Cheap fibre filled duvet that does not stay on your jacuzzi with the slightest breath of wind. I would advise anyone planning to purchase one of these covers to avoid at all costs. I am 100% certain that the deterioration of the material (discoloured, brittle and also almost ripping at the joins) will become evident when the tub is installed again next Spring. The companies response to that was "use fabric patches". I wanted to send the procuct back to them for inspection to proove thay their product is not fit for purpose, however I was told that it was only covered under a 6 Month warranty, which is convenient when a product fails after this time.

Hi Ryan,
I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your Thermal Cover and that you're unhappy with the service received from our team. Whilst the cover is waterproof to HH3000mm we highly recommend using with the CleverSpa Inflatable Cover Support to stop rainwater pooling. If water is allowed to pool on the cover this will cause saturation through the fabric. Exposure to direct sunlight will cause the Universal Thermal Hot Tub Cover to fade over time. I’m sorry on this occasion we couldn’t reach a resolution to your satisfaction.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a delay with your CleverSpa® delivery. I can see it took the full 5 days to arrive, usually our turn around is within 1 - 3 days. Unfortunately on this occasion due the nationwide industrial action of the courier it did take longer than we would like.

Never been able to use hot tub since purchased due to deflating, now trying to set up another collection for return but no one getting back to me... waste of money
In response to comment.. I work during the day and can only communicate via email where I am still being asked to reset up hot tub even though I have arthritis amd already told you this.. no reply from management last week

Confused…
Package was sent to wrong address and had to chase it. Billing address and mailing address the same on order but not on the shipping label. Product smells lovely but dissipates fairly quickly. I would buy again.

If you have a spa this is a must
If you have a spa a thermal cover is a must. It keeps the heat in longer so saves you money keeping it on 24/7. When you do turn the heat on, it warms up quicker. You will save more money buying one in the long run. No brainier really 😎. Very fast delivery.
