Only negative is the product was delayed. I panicked with all the negative reviews and thought mine wasn’t going to arrive but everything was fine. Recommend once you’re not in a rush for something!

Still waiting for a refund 2 months+

Still waiting for a refund since December. Originally ordered in November as a Xmas present, 2-3 weeks later had to email to see where my order was only to be told that it was stuck with the courier in Poland due to bad weather wouldn't be delivered till January. Which was fair enough, would have been nice to be notified of this rather than having to hound down the owner for answers. I notified the finance department for a refund in December. They came back to me twice for details and still no refund or any notification stating a refund has been processed. It's been a month now since I have last had any correspondence. Patience is running very thin now, and will push the matter further if no refund is issued soon. Worst shopping experience in my life.

Ninja airfryer order experience

Order a Ninja airfryer on 4th November, with a 'up to 15 days shipping' timeframe. Multiple logistics delays, multiple refunds offered but I just wanted the air fryer so I didn't mind waiting. Eventually got an email to say it was dispatched via dpd on 20th Jan. No sign of delivery a week later, no tracking number provided, no answer from multiple emails sent to clicabox. Finally got a response on 7th Feb to let me know my order was cancelled and refunded in full! I complained that my order had already shipped and I had no communication to let me know my order was cancelled. Sent other emails looking for clarification on my refund but no response. At least I got my money back, is the only positive out of this.
Overall it was a pretty bad experience. Communication from clicabox is awful.
Still no idea why my order was cancelled, considering they are still selling the same air fryer on their site now.
Would advise to avoid this company.

Misleading people

I have not sent any refund claim yet, it means you do not know what you are talking about and misleading people. The company ceased as I have done a company check and went through deeper investigation.

First of all, you weren’t the person who placed the order.
Legally I was unable to discuss this order with you, therefore I have explained this to you, after which you kept harassing me, and I stopped replying.
I have however been in touch with your partner, who has missed delivery 3 times, after which I have cancelled and refunded the order in full.
Even though we had to cover multiple attempts of delivery.
Your harassment and calling us names via texts and emails is not appreciated, and of course we were never going to raise to it

Order never arrived

I ordered a Ninja air fryer in Nov and as guaranteed delivery by Christmas. It never arrived, was then informed I would get delivery mid January and 50% refund - never arrived or got refund! Now not answering my emails, aid by visa so have reported to Visa fraud and hope to get refund. Would strongly advise not to order anything through this company!!!!!

I note your reply of 10th February and have still not received a refund! When or if it is received, i will remove this post

Just to clarify, you have ordered two products. The exact same ones. One of them has arrived- we have tracking number if you require.
We have not received any further emails from you unfortunately.
However after seeing this feedback I have cancelled the other refund and refunded it in full.

Waited 10 weeks for the product and 6…

Waited 10 weeks for the product and 6 for the partial refund. Promised daily it was on the way. Eventually I demanded a full refund as I thought if the product was faulty it would take months more to return it. I would not recommend. Purchased the product elsewhere for about €50 more and it was dispatched the very next day. Dreadful crew!!
In response to your response you said at least 15 times the refund was on its way! But you didn’t ask for details until the final time when I had to pester you 24/7!

Dear Anne; once we had all the details to process refund it was processed, I think it’s quite clear that we have sent our hundreds of items out. We have faced huge issues at Christmas that have resulted in multiple negative feedback and 100s of refunds to be processed, which we did apologise for.

The item I ordered was not delivered

The item I ordered was not delivered. I had to contact sale’s multiple times looking for updates. Now they said refund was issued but it's been over 14 days ago, empty words, no proof of refund, no bank transaction number. Bank has confirmed no refund was issued. SCAM ! Avoid !

EDIT:
I can't believe what's wrong with them? I send them all details and still after more than month time didn't get any refund. I think they have serious mental issues. Bunch of liars !!! I went to Garda Today to report them.

Hi Paul, as previously explained we have faced huge issues with deliveries from Christmas on, which cause us having to close down the business.
We were never going to keep anyone’s money. And have issued all refunds.

Absolutely shocking experience with…

Absolutely shocking experience with this company. The very very worst that I have ever encountered.

Ordered on the 26th of October after being told that the product was in stock and would be delivered within 15 working days. After that, delay after delay, excuse after excuse as described by other reviewers here.

The worst thing was that they lied so much and covered it so badly. For example, ‘we’ll refund you 50% if you wait for the new delivery date from 5th-9th of January.’ Ok that’s a good deal i thought but they then closed their business for Christmas until the 4th of Jan which then became the 9th due to ‘staff sickness.’

Then I’m told on the 13th of Jan ‘it’ll be with you on the 19th.’ When I asked about my 50% refund I was told it had already been ‘automatically’ processed (by elves perhaps?) on the 5th of January. They sent it to a bank account that I had already told them was closed!! ‘The bank will send you a cheque’ they said. Well no they haven’t!!!

It also appears from the very confusing ‘remittance’ mails that they had in fact sent a full refund on the 6th of Jan and then told me on the 13th it’d arrive on the 19th?? Lies lies lies.

So now I’m €160 down, Clickabox are no longer answering mails and nothing was delivered. I’m having to chase down a bank to track a refund processed to a card I no longer even have.

This company have wasted 3 solid months of my time never mind the hassle of constantly chasing them.

I’ve left a little taster of their Christmas out of the office automated response below which says it all really about how professional these people are. The parts in capitals were highlighted in red on the automated mail (also, check out their ridiculous working hours which were highlighted in yellow) -

PLEASE AVOID emailing more than once, as Your original email is then going back in to the que and will delay a response & potential refund or payment.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE LEGALLY ENTITLED TO TIME OFF AND 14 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS REFUND. 
We are a legitimate, registered business and all the legal rights apply to us.

Avoid avoid avoid. No product delivered. No refund received. They will lie about delivery dates and make false promises. Ordered end of November. Promised delivery before Christmas. End of Jan now. No product. No refund. Nothing. Told me “14 working days for refund”. It’s 14 days legally. Not 14 working days. Avoid.

Will update if I receive a refund.

Not recommended!

I've made an order on 29/11/2022 to get it as Christmas gift. On 20/12 I've got an email with information that my order will be delivered before 9/01/23 because of the weather condition in Poland. I've got an offer to choose:
-Full order cancellation and full refund
- Gift wrapped - confirmation of the order and delivery take posted to You along with further 50.00e refund.
- A 40% of total paid to us refund and order delivered as per above.
No sign of the item nor confirmation of order nor any explanation to this day. My messages are ignored. Definitely not recommended.
Update: I requested full refund on 30/01/23 - still not received
