Only negative is the product was delayed. I panicked with all the negative reviews and thought mine wasn’t going to arrive but everything was fine. Recommend once you’re not in a rush for something!

Excellent buying experience.

I ordered an airfryer from this company and it arrived to my home in Dublin safely.Packaging was top-notch and product was brand new as described.
I was carried along every step of the way and I look forward to buying more from this company

Scammers

Same as the last review, I ordered from them in August, paid upfront, lots of communication and promises of delivery nothing arrived. Excuses after excuse, including the cigarettes in the truck excuse, followed by excuses for anxiety with pics of medication…….Refund promised, let’s see if it happens, I am very doubtful. Going to the police to report them if the money hasn’t arrived in my account by Tuesday.

Again, very disappointing review.
Due to logistics delays that we were facing we had a lot of delays, with deliveries.
One of the orders affected was the one above.
I have offered full refund multiple times, the minute the customer provided details for refund it was processed and received the very same day, but of course the customer has not updated the review since then.
The fact the customer has left this review, even though we have been in touch 24/7 by my private WhatsApp, after multiple refund offers, and multiple apologies, is rather upsetting. And what is more upsetting is the fact, how false it is & that it has not been updated since the refund was processed and received.

We have even initially offered to deliver the product and for the customer to pay on the delivery. But like in the feedback below, at that and after reading this review disclosing private issues and so on. We felt like it’s best to move away from this sale and end it with a refund.

The whole process of logistic delays have been really emotionally draining for all of our staff, and we could not be any more apologetic:
Whilst we understand clients frustrations, we are only humans and sometimes things do get out of our hands.
Our couriers are a third party they are not associated with clicabox, meaning that whilst we relay on them, what happens is completely out of our hands.

I am not one to leave feedback. But it is definitely well deserved here, the most attentive customer service ever! I had replies almost straight away! All of my questions were answered and doubts cleared up.
My kids are over the moon with their bouncy castle. I would definitely strongly recommend to anyone and I will purchase from again!

Do not buy off this company, I’ve ordered a gazebo and paid in full since early September and still no gazebo, constant false promises being made about when I’m receiving my order, do not buy off them they are a joke

Selling things they don't have

Bought grey gazebo on their website. After 5 days I've send an email and asked when it will be delivered to find out it is not in stock. Absolute joke or a company. How can you sell something that you don't have ? Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs!!

Very poor customer service to say the least. I was advised of two refunds for products, one for a product that was never delivered and the other for a product that was delivered faulty! .

I was then told that I would have both refunds on the 16th August 2021, despite several emails and attempts to contact them, the refunds have still not been received and it’s now the 8th September. I have not heard from them in over two weeks now dispute sending them several emails and I have now had to launch a claim with my card company to get my money back! .

Absolute disgrace! , stay far away!! .

Apparently, I didn't place this order???
The payment came from my bank account and all correspondence with Clicabox was through myself and husbands Facebook account.
Again, the kind of reply/update I/We expect from this company.

Reply from business is exactly what we expected.
Review was honest on every level. None of the information in this review is "misleading" It's our experience of dealing with this company.

To avoid any upset on their part:
I didn't mention we got a refund.....mentioning it now "RECEIVED A REFUND 5 WEEKS AFTER ORIGINAL PURCHASE"

Avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered "Anna" set, (paid almost €1,000), for, as described on website, "fast delivery"
Given numerous excuses as to why it never arrived: "cannot contact driver", "supplier let us down", "caught up in Customs" etc. etc.
Asked from day 1 to "just be honest, will we get it delivered eventually?"
Each time an excuse was made, but always told, "don't worry, will keep in touch, will be delivered soon"
Asked to speak with someone, (as all contact is done through messenger). They couldn't even get that right. Requested our mobile number, which was given, and again, excuse after excuse: "sorry we didn't call you yesterday, we were busy", "Don't want to disturb you this evening " etc. etc.
Bunch of cowboys, quick to take your money, won't speak with you, lie after lie...not a business I ever want to deal with again.
Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Hi Caroline. First of all we are so sorry to hear that You arent satisfied with our service.
I tried to match your order number to the name but sadly had no luck. Seems like another person made the order.
Perhaps, that's why there is so much misleading information here.
The person who made an order was notified day after the order was made that there will be a delay.
The person who made an order has also been offered a refund and order cancellation. However decided to wait.
Eventually, both parties decided to refund the order and cancel it.
The buyer has received the refund at this stage.
Looking at your feedback, seems like you are claiming that no refund was received. Which again is very misleading.
We really appreciate good feedback and bad, as we are a small new company only learning.
However it is very disappointing when the feedback is as misleading as this.

This order was not placed by the person leaving feedback. She was not the main contact for this purchase.
The person who has made an order was informed that there was a delay and offered a refund mant many times before hand.
I honestly feel like this feedback is so misleading, purely because we haven't dealt with this customer until the feedback was left.
However,
We will take on board all your notes. And wish you all the best.
also no customers were ever mentioned as our products don't go trough customs.
They are all delivered directly from Ireland.
Whilst some stock has to come from abroad first, and yes there were delays with ferries. But no CUSTOMS were ever mentioned.


Again best of luck & we will leave it there.

Great company to deal with.

Excellent customer service, great communication. Product arrived slightly later than expected but customer service kept us up to date each time we asked for information. Would highly recommend, hot tub was great value and is working away finally after our bout of bad weather! 🤗

Description was altered after I queried my item

I have not had a chance to set up the hot tub yet. I am disappointed to find that as I have bought the product from an Irish company, I expected to find a UK plug. Instead it had an EU 2 pin plug! I checked the description / terms and conditions before & after I bought the product, it did not state anywhere that it had a 2 pin plug. When I emailed the company to query this, they clearly changed the description / terms & conditions and then told me that I should check the description / terms & conditions. I feel the company should have been clearer and feel deceived, especially when that they altered the description before replying back to me.

The two pin plug was stated in terms and conditions.
After You have emailed, we have decided to make it clearer to the customers & actually add it to each description.
However, we are truly shocked about the two star review- considering You have received Your order in time frame given, we have replied to every email within 5 mins.And have provided You with such a good customer service troughout.
We are a little bit upset by it, as truly we dont feel like we deserve it.
