This product was purchased as NEW when it arrived it was in an old iphone box with stickers over it. When setting the phone up it showed other networks the phone had been connected to also other settings had been personalised it also arrived with a screen protector on. The phone box had also been shrink wrapped to appear as new. They offered £30 refund or send the phone back. Sent the phone back at a cost to me for the exact same phone to be sent back to me it wasn’t replaced. This phone was purchased as a present. AVOID THIS SELLER

NOTE - refurbished phones- mine had rubbish battery , so had to retu7rn
it was nnot clear when i purchasede that was 2nd hand refurbished phone---i found the battery was doen to 19% by 5pm, after minimal use, and so had to return it. very disappointing
arranging the return was ok.(tho i paid the postage)
