The croth of the suit is too low. Not proportional to how it should be

It only took 1 week to give me an update only after i asked. Then I was given a tracking number and it took 2 weeks to ship again only after asked 2 times about it.

Will not make the mistake of ordering from this company again

I still have not received my bee suit. I emailed the contact email and have yet to get a response.

It took over a week for my order to get processed for and then another two weeks for delivery. When I finally received it, it wasn't the right size so I submitted a return request within the same day. I received an email response and was asked if I was sure if I wanted to return it. I responded with a "yes" and asked for the address. And then was ghosted, even after 3 follow-up emails.

The return window is within 30 days of ordering and my return request was both acknowledged and then ignored until the return window had passed. Also the sizing chart on the website is not accurate. If they will not accept returns, the website should not claim that they do.

The first suit, both veils were ripped. I didn’t even think to check until I had BEES INSIDE MY VEIL. It was ripped and impossible to get replaced, they promised a hive tool for my inconvenience but I never got that $10 tool. My second suit SMELLS. It is a totally different color pink and it took 3 weeks to get it. At least these veils aren’t ripped this time.

Update* got an email, they are sending the tool and some gloves.

I don’t want free stuff, I appreciate it but I want my suit veils to not be ripped upon arrival nor smell like someone’s stinky house when I open the suit out of the plastic!!!!! Thank you for the tool and gloves, but just have better quality inspections of your $100+ products.

From Puerto Rico, I ordered four ventilated suits in different colors. They are excellent quality and very beautiful. This is a reliable online store. They had excellent communication
and helped me place the order. The package arrived safely, in nice new condition and packaging. I highly recommend them. Thank You!

Everything I ordered arrived in good condition within two weeks of ordering. Product was as described and communication/tracking were prompt and accurate.

I appreciated the quality of the product and the fast service. I also appreciated the free hive tool sent as a gift.

Suits came in a timely manner.
Ordered Yellow and Sand received yellow and brown.
These suits are so nice I ordered more.

Item did not fit as expected. Tried to reach out to seller multiple times with zero response. Site says respond within 24-48 hrs. Would not recommend Massive Bee Store, and would not purchase from again. Another reason to stick to buying local.

Size up! According to the chart I should have been an XS yet when I received my jacket I clearly was not an XS. The customer service dept worked with me and instead of exchanging they offered me a larger size at discounted price. I’ll donate the XS to #VillagesInPartnership in Malawi

I reviewed this before so here it is again. The bee suit appears to well made. My only concern is that it is difficult to zip close the veil. However, I like the suit thank you--

I had quick communication with the company’s owner, my questions answered and the product was shipped and arrived quickly.
I found the Technology of design, the spacing of mesh fabric keeps the wearer both cool and protected!

The bee suite sizes seem to run a little small. I got an XL. It fit but wasn't as loose as other XL bee suites I have had. The quality of the suite looks good and a good price. It seemed like the suite took longer than I expected. Worth the wait.

There were no instructions on the gloves . Did not know if the sleeves went under or over the arms . I had a yellow jacket 🐝 nest to get off of my car cover . Everything worked right no stings.
