Ordered a 5X bee large suit. You shipped an extra large suit with the name Dan Logan on it. This Bee suit is of no use to me. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the company via email.

I have not received my order from months ago

Fed Ex tracking umber but no delivery yet.

Ordered 4/9/26 and wish I never would have. It took forever to get the order which turned out to be the wrong size on one of my jackets. After MANY emails and reassurance that my replacement was coming, we finally received the correct size.... Followed by a hefty customs charge for the original order that was not disclosed, so now I'm sure I'll get another for the second package that was the shippers fault in the first place. All of the addresses on the website point to a U.S. based office in Texas but they fail to mention your order will come from overseas and YOU will be responsible for the duty charges. Shame on this company for being so shady!

Good communication and quality product

This has been one of the easiest things I've purchased in a while. From sign in to receipt of products. The quality is great, and I am truly grateful.

Order was placed on May 25. It is June 15 and the order still hasn't left the origin.

I personally like that I was able to track my shipments from the moment it left you until I received it. And it was exactly what I ordered. Now I feel that you are a trustworthy company and I plan to order more products from you

Horrible customer service. Never even received my bee suit, $130 wasted. No offer of refund. No initiative to update/fix shipping address or the situation. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to using this bee suit for a conference (which i paid extra for expedited shipping). Seems like a scam.

The products are as advertised and of excellent quality but updates for the order not up to standard I had to do some following to get the the status of my order, if there is no information for almost two weeks you start to thinking of scams which is so prevalent nowadays. Update please.

I really liked that they had a sizing chart for the youth suits, that was hard to find from other companies. That and the good price were the only good things I could say. After I placed my order it said I should receive the bee suit within 3 business weeks. Pretty slow compared to other places I have ordered from, but it was too late at this point. Fast forward 3 weeks and I got a notification it was just shipping, I should receive it in another 2 weeks. So now it is 5 weeks from order until I should receive the product. A few days later I go to check the tracking number and it says it has not yet been picked up by FedEx, but the final destination is listed in an entirely different state as me. I have tried contacting the company to see if this is right, but I haven't heard anything back yet. I am worried I won't even receive my order and have no answers. Maybe if I get some clarity I will raise my rating, but at the same time if the product is garbage I may lower it. Hard to rate something I have been waiting nearly a month for and don't even have yet.

The website claims to be a U.S.-based company with an Austin, TX address. My order shipped from the United Kingdom. Nobody mentioned this at checkout, and I was blindsided by a $20.13 FedEx invoice for customs/import duties after delivery. It's 10% of my order. The listed address on this Trustpilot profile is also different from the one on the website — worth noting.
Delivery took a month. The site promises 10–12 business days.

The suits themselves may be fine, but be aware of what you're actually ordering from: a seller that doesn't disclose import duties and lists inconsistent U.S. addresses. Factor in extra cost and time, and read the website carefully — there are numerous spelling errors throughout.

I never received the merchandise.

Cant rate anything if I haven't received it yet. Still waiting for it to be shipped, didn’t realize its coming from outside the US. Mislead how long it will take.

i bought 300 dlls on products, they never send them and now im on a dispute with the bank so i could get at least some of my money back.

Was concerned about shipment across US/CA border. Shipping process kept me updated with amount to pay at border crossing. All funds identfied to me were in CDN funds. Bee suit thus far meets my expectations.
