I ordered my prescription for next day…
I ordered my prescription for next day delivery and was told because it was after 3pm it would take longer than a day ( 2 days) 5 days I waited the first batch got lost in transit if it was ever sent.
I was really disappointed with this service because I may have used it again but I’m not sure they are trustworthy

We can see that your order was placed after the daily cut-off time, which means it was processed on the next working day, as advised during the ordering process. Unfortunately, it appears there was then an issue with the courier delivery, resulting in a delay beyond the expected timeframe.

Friendly customer service. Prompt response to queries and prompt delivery.
The only time I had an issue about a very slightly damaged box, this was dealt with very quickly, with a replacement box sent to me, trusting me as a long-term customer. Much appreciated, thank you.

We have reviewed your order and can confirm that payment was received after our daily dispensing cut-off time. As clearly advised during the ordering process before payment is completed, orders received after the cut-off are dispensed on the next working day. Once dispensed, the delivery timeframe is then dependent on the courier service.

They make mistakes and then don’t issue refunds
I spent £160 on a private prescription for two doses of the same medication. Only one dose was delivered to me and when I sent proof that only one was delivered to me they refused to give me a refund for the one that wasn’t delivered and just claimed it was delivered when it wasn’t. At the very least they should at least offer to resend the missing prescription free of charge but they didn’t even offer to do that. So that’s £80 down the drain just because they refuse to put their hands up to their mistakes

Appalling service. Terrible customer service. I will not be using them ever again
I am appalled by the service I have received from this pharmacy who did not send me the right amount of prescribed medication but charged me for it, despite me contacting them and the prescriber. I sent photographs of the box of one of the medications which showed that they had not dispensed the right amount of medication but emails and phone calls were not answered so there was no way to resolve the issue. I am going to make a major complaint as they cannot treat patients like this. I would give them a negative star but unfortunately the lowest I can give is 1 star.

Unreliable supplier
The delivery failed as not home, no option to reschedule, package got lost, tried to charge me again for a replacement, confusing inconsistent communication, package found and only delivered after 12+ interventions from me and prescribing clinic.

We would like to clarify that the delivery method was selected by your prescribing clinic, rather than by CloudRx. Our role is to dispense and prepare your medication, and the delivery options available at the time of payment included alternative courier services, which were not selected.
We also understand your concerns regarding the delivery process and the requirement for a PIN code. As previously explained to you via email, this requirement was requested by the clinic as an additional security measure for your delivery.

Same as Evri
Same as Evri. Driver couldn’t be bothered to deliver to my home and decided to leave my medication in a locker 20 miles from where I live. Zero consideration for the customer. He lied as well when saying that I requested the change. I would never use them again.
