Very bad experience
Very bad experience, ordered my son medicine, paid a lot for next day delivery as was urgent, but they sent message this medicine out of stock and it takes days to receive, if I know this i wouldn't pay way more online to get it faster.

We understand how frustrating it can be when medication is needed urgently. To clarify, we do not hold all medicines in stock on site due to safe storage requirements for certain products. In these cases, we order directly from our licensed suppliers as soon as the prescription is received.
In your instance, the medication was ordered promptly and supplied to us the following day, at which point it was dispensed and sent out without delay. We appreciate that this may still have felt slower than expected, particularly when next-day delivery was selected, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We will continue to follow our established processes to ensure medicines are sourced and supplied safely and efficiently.

I was so happy with the service until…
I was so happy with the service until beginningof April, but now really disappointed, my prescription went in on the 9th April, since then I am still waiting, I order through a clinic and they use cloudrx as the dispenser, disappointed that I stayed without my shot now for 3 weeks, not a happy customer.

To clarify, in this case the delay was due to an issue with the clinic’s prescription submission. As a pharmacy, we are only able to dispense medication once we receive a fully completed and appropriately verified prescription from the clinic. Unfortunately, this was not provided to us, which meant we were unable to proceed with dispensing your medication at the time.
We understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when it impacts ongoing treatment, and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. We encourage you to contact your clinic directly so they can ensure prescriptions are correctly issued going forward.

CloudRx recently posted my medication…
CloudRx recently posted my medication and sent a confirmation email with tracking number, it was Easter week so expected a delay but having not received it the week after Easter I phoned them up and spoke to a very lovely and helpful lady who took my details and phoned the Royal Mail, after speaking with them she confirmed my parcel was missing and arranged a replacement, which I received the next day! Excellent service and great staff

Speedy, Professional and Polite
I am ordering/receiving from abroad; therefore, the whole process was slightly more complicated. It took more than a few phone calls (some of which not answered), but the overall speed of handling was fast. Misunderstandings occurred but were handled quickly and with respect. So, in reality, my evaluation is between 4.5 and 5 but because of the civil attitude and professionalism, I am overall very pleased. Definately dealing with CloudRx has is advantageous.

Cloud x took a phone call from me yesterday. I was quite distressed about my child’s medication. The woman who took my call was incredibly kind and support and has even made contact to let me know that the meds have been raised.

Just really bloody good at what they do!
I've had a great experience with CloudRx. They're always punctual with deliveries and really good at keeping you informed of each stage of the process so you know exactly what's happening with your prescription, which I find comforting as I can't really function without my medication. Their customer service is also brilliant, I called them today to check the status of a prescription and the woman I spoke to was so helpful, efficient and really empathetic. Great stuff all round guys!
