Polite speedy service
When I phoned to enquire about my prescription the person on the phone was polite and helpful. He quickly arranged for a payment email to be sent to me which meant I could arrange for next day delivery! Goods arrived on time the next day, excellent service.

Just the worst so called ‘pharmacy’
Just the worst so called ‘pharmacy’, more like run from a small room, by one person. Extortionate fraudulent delivery costs advertised that fall way below expectation. Shocking non-existent customer service with a strong wiff of entitlement. AVOID AVOID AVOID if you need a professional to deliver your urgent medication. This is definitely not the place for you.

Ordering and payment is very easy , I normally send a request by email and the product is sent the same day after they have sent a payment link which is immediate after the initial request

Swift & easy
I rang for my repeat prescription rather than using the website. It was emailed straight away & I put through payment within 10 minutes of the call. Items received next day - despite it being a Saturday - & I’m delighted with both the ease & swiftness of the service.

Ordered from an online pharmacy which…
Ordered from an online pharmacy which was supposed to be fulfilled by cloudRX and haven’t received my medication. I contacted them and they confirmed they are partners but are referring me back to a website which has been shutdown as a scam. This makes them complicit in the fraud.

If you believe you have been affected by a scam website, we strongly recommend reporting it to Action Fraud (UK) and contacting your bank or payment provider immediately for advice.
