Engineers came as booked on the day for assessment quote. I had to wait the whole morning for the AM slot. They arrived about 30 mins after lunch time. It would be better if time slots are to the hour rather than the whole morning or afternoon. But the work was done perfectly. No qualms.

The man who gave us the quote, and the installers were efficient, friendly, helpful and polite. We highly recommend them.

Sometimes the best measure of a company is how they respond when things don't go to plan. I had two jobs for the firm. Both seemed straightforward: replacing a pane of glass; and fixing a leaking frame. As it turned out the pane was replaced with no issue, but the leak was tricky. It wasn't easy to spot the cause, and the leak only happened in certain weather conditions.

However, they always responded politely and fast. Booking a slot for my job within a day or two. The skilled workman tried a variety of solutions until the problem was successfully identified and fixed. It took a couple of visits, but they found the problem and fixed it fast and efficiently.

They kept to their appointment times and informed me of any possible delays. I would highly recommend this firm and the all round service they provide.

The surveyor and fitter was fantastic. I had 2 fitting appointments cancelled, which was disappointing, especially using some leave for 1 of the days. Eventually my single glass pane was replaced. I did get a discount for the inconvenience and actually it was very reasonably priced. Thanks

On the 6th November we had 5 windows installed, all but one have been wet on the inside, and takes nearly all day to clear even when they have been wiped down.
These windows are worse than the ones that were there before.
Somebody from the company came on Tuesday to have a look at them, took some pictures and said that they will get back to me the following day so far Nobody has contacted me and it is now Friday.
