I’ve been ordering from Clover Meds since November of last year, and I’ve honestly never been disappointed. My orders have always gone smoothly, and this one was no different. I placed my order on Friday and it’s already being delivered today, Tuesday. The process is always easy, communication is good, and shipping has been very reliable. Cover Meds Is The Way To Go

I did not want to cancel
I have found it frustrating dealing with online GLP-1 companies, and I really thought Clover Meds was going to be different. When I recently needed to delay my shipment and payment, the only option I was given was to cancel. I didn’t want to cancel my service, but I went ahead and did so because there didn’t seem to be another option.
In addition, I have a question regarding my medication and how I am administering it, but I cannot find a simple way to send a message to the medical team. As a patient, I would really appreciate an easy way to communicate with someone when I have questions about my medication.

We can delay an upcoming order for up to two weeks. If a longer delay is needed, the order must be canceled, but that does not mean you can’t continue treatment with us. Your last order was delivered on September 3, and we would be happy to assign a new follow-up form whenever you’re ready so you can reconnect with your Clover Provider and continue care.
For any questions about your medication or how you’re administering it, please log in to our secure patient portal at secure.clovermeds.com. You can message your Clover Provider there directly, and they can review and respond to your medical questions.
We’d also be happy to help you restart under our new, lower pricing. Please reach out to us through the secure portal so our team can assist you personally.
