Site is easy to navigate and understand. Any questions or concerns are answered almost immediately and explained in detail. I get an email and text message telling me when it’s time to renew with plenty of time before I run out of my current vial. Medication comes quickly and packaged well with everything needed to give yourself your injections. I have lost 50 pounds so far, with 20 pounds to my goal weight. I am so glad a coworker showed me Clover Meds!

Clover saved my life
Clover has really made the whole process easier! I get my shipments on time, great communication, easy payments and as of right now I’m down almost 60lbs and I just renewed!. My experience was terrible and I hope everyone reads this carefully. When I placed my subscription, I asked that the order would be placed in for a future date since I was leaving the country and this medicine is perishable. That was ignored and still sent out immediately. My medicine sat in 90 degree heat for four days until my return. I notified clover meds that it was even documented and to please reissue. There stance was that it was an auto shipment and they do not read patient responses. So, a year supply of medicine is ruined and I’m not being refunded, nor is the medicine being replaced. Find another company!

We’re sorry this situation was frustrating, but we do want to clarify the timeline.
On September 1, 2026, your Clover Provider specifically advised you not to confirm your order before September 7 due to your travel plans. Despite that instruction, the treatment order was confirmed by you on September 1, which caused it to be processed and shipped. You contacted us on September 6 after the medication had already been delivered to your porch.
Our team had advised more than once that the order should only be confirmed once you were ready for it to be processed. Because the order was confirmed before the date recommended by your provider, we were unable to provide a complimentary replacement or refund. However, we did offer a replacement vial at a significantly discounted price as a courtesy.
We understand this was an upsetting experience, and we’re sorry the outcome was not what you had hoped for. If you would like to discuss the replacement option further, please contact us at ask@clovermeds.com or through the secure clover portal.

I have lost 41 pounds in the last year. I had been trying through diet and exercise for 2 years prior, and only lost 12 pounds. I’ve had no bad side effects and the price has never changed. I’ve been very happy with this process and product!

They listened
I wanted to switch to another prescription but wanted to only order 1 month supply to see if it worked for me. I was only offered a price of $239. I asked if, as a year long customer, could they do anything price wise. My provider came back with their new lower price which I accepted.
I have always found dealing with Clover Meds to be a pleasure and have referred several friends to them.
